Yes. Darth Vader and Luke team up and kill Sheev. Which goes against the whole point of the Rule of Two which recognized that power dissipated when a group of lesser force users teamed up and took out a strong individual. The Rule of Two was designed to stop that from happening. Vader broke the rules and is a cheating homosexual.
That's a gross misreading of the situation, Vader didn't do anything substantively different than what Palpatine did to Plagueis. Luke isn't even a factor here, he's not "teaming up" with anybody when he's crunched up into a foetal position and begging for daddy. Vader simply backstabbed his master while the latter was under the influence of his masochistic fetishes, similar to how Plaguies was backstabbed while under an equally debilitating influence. If Palpatine is stronger for it, then Vader should be as well

i'm a star trek guy and even i agree rots was great. it's kinda difficult to really make a great story in which everyone knew the outcome a couple decades prior. they nailed it.
