Richard Moll dies

>Richard Moll, a veteran character and voice actor best known for his role as the bailiff on the original version of NBC’s “Night Court,” has died, according to Jeff Sanderson, a spokesperson for the family. He was 80.

> Moll died peacefully on October 26 at his home in Big Bear Lake, CA, a statement said.

Now what is going to happen when all the boomers die and there are no more actors left? Just replace them with AI?

Larroquette is really surprising. He always struck me as the type to get found naked from the waist up, dead of an OD in a motel room.

My grandparents on my mother's side were probably actual saints in every sense, so big doubt. Boomers became evil on their own. Spoiled? ok, that's true.

Another ignorant take. It's amazing how lazy you fricks are. From Wikipedia: "An early usage of the term The Greatest Generation was in 1953 by U.S. Army General James Van Fleet".

He was born in the generation before so you're incorrect. Also from Wikipedia: "The term was further popularized by the title of a 1998 book by American journalist Tom Brokaw." He's part of the Silent Generation.

This country is fricked when Boomers, Silent Generation, and Gen X die off unless something is done about the level of idiocy coming from younger generations.

Never heard of Night Court until 3 years ago when I got cable installed and caught it on the Laff Channel. Started watching it regularly.

Looks like damn near the entire cast is dead now. The 80s were so long ago now 🙁

apparently he hated doing the show and wanted to be a serious actor and grew to resent most people knowing him for playing the buffoon on a sitcom

No, I'd imagine his logic would have been "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". The original was peak 80s television comedy and I watched the first episode of the reboot just to see how shitty it was. It was terrible just as I expected it would be.

IIRC He had issues with either some of his co-stars and/or producers.
