Joker 2 for 2024. That's the only DC film next year.
But 2024 is also the year where Discovery will attempt to sell WB to another company. Superman will be shooting but who knows if the new owner will feel like releasing it, much like the decision Zas made with Batgirl.

even if they got fully funded by tomorrow they couldn't get under lens until next year because nothing is scheduled, and they won't get fully funded by tomorrow or likely within the next 6 weeks, which means no chance of funding being released until mid-january at the earliest because nobody's around to take those decisions in december and nobody likes taking big decisions in early january
sometime around easter 2024 they'll get underway and quietly announce a new release date for their "superman" movie about at least five superheroes nobody cares about
