Just to emphasize. In order for this to somehow be the real Lian Harper then you must accept the following as true.
That by the time Roy was in maybe 7th or 8th grade, he'd been a superhero for years, was part of the Teen Titans, got addicted to smack, got recruited by the government to be a CIA spy and undercover DEA agent, was traveling the world, and at let's say 13 impregnated an international terrorist far older than him. Then while still in high school his daughter was killed and he started throwing dead cats at people. Also remember he's the same age as all the people he's actually way younger than in order for this timeline to make any sense.
I think with Roy there's no reason to try to complicate things like that. age only irritates me in the case of robins as there are more than there should be
Lian was introduced as a baby girl right after COIE. The general timeline fits to 10 years since COIE. What's the problem, besides Lian dressing like a preteen e-girl who ran through a mid-00s Hot Topic store?
This is honestly his best costume in years, very superhero while actually looking like an adult instead of a 35 year old who still wears a backwards cap
Why is she suddenly a 13 year old punk girl superhero? It's moronic and completely kills any of the appeal that Roy had with her and a large part of Roy's appeal as a character. So now you have a generic teen hero who can be thrown onto the Titans or Young Justice or whatever. Also, how old is Roy supposed to be now? Because for Lian to be as old as she is now then either Roy is older than Batman or he somehow was a government agent having sex with Cheshire when he was like 14 at the oldest and thus way younger than anyone else on the Titans. But none of those can be right because he's more or less the same age as the other members of the original team. So how does a guy who should, at most be, in his mid-late 20s have a tween to early teen daughter that he fathered while working for the government? Does DC's DEA recruit middle schoolers to be glowies?

she got artificially aged most likely. Oldest shit in the book.
I hate that she was aged up for no real reason other than writer laziness because superheroes aren't allowed to interact with characters who aren't other superheroes anymore and most writers lack the desire or ability to actually write a decent parent/child relationship because that's "boring" or something. Then you add onto it that her being as old as she is makes no sense at all so in essence the girl running around is an OC who just happens to be named Lian Harper, not the real Lian Harper.
The Arsenal miniseries where the Rick Mays costume had nothing to do with Roy working for the CBI. That's when Roy finds out he's distantly related to Vandal Savage and Vandal needed his descendants for something and Lian gets kidnapped.
The CBI era was some vague early 80s thing, not a late 90s thing.
His daughter is cute.
Glad the heroin didn’t ruin his sperm

You're way overthinking this.
he is a legacy character. the concept of age and time never made sense to him
I can't imagine anything less fun than trying to make sense of the ages of comic characters.

good one

Did anyone like the trucker cap?
No because I never knew what the symbol was supposed to be.
It's the Rick Mays costume. It's literally the best costume he's ever had.
I hope the "Lian" running around right now gets exposed as an imposter and the real Lian returns and is who he reunites with.
What was Lian's old character?
A kid

I disagree.

She was aged with time travel trickery.
I just assumed it happened at some point when the universe rebooted itself, but ultimately I don't think it really matters.
pool's closed
That's Mia

oh yeah
One of the worst things that ever happened to Roy was getting involved with Jason Todd.
sexo
fricking junkie
I liked him as a fed.
Were there any actual stories of Roy working for the CBI or was it all flashbacks and guest spots in the New Teen Titans?
There was an entire miniseries. It's where the Rick Mays costume is from.

This era, I mean. Did Speedy ever get his own stories set when he was working for the CBI? I only know it from the 80s NTT and Nightwing stories.
Roy
Yeah, that's his name.
He's a dilf.
