did the bomb in the past cause the plane to crash in the future or was it desmond not pushing the button quick enough or was it the island/smoke monster
The bomb in the past causes the incident which causes the Swan station to need someone pressing a button every 108 minutes which leads to Desmond's predicament after he gets marooned on the island during his worldwide sailboat race which he managed to enter with help from Libby who was in the asylum with Hurley who was there because he was hallucinating people who didn't exist.
Not at all. It’s amazingly done (it’s Novikov consistent) and is also in the same vein as the 70s sci fi it is trying to emulate (like Overlords of War by Gerard Klein). It’s also scientifically plausible in the presence of exotic matter and high energy ranges of electromagnetic forces.
Another chudcuck coping over not being able to understand the greatest show ever made or that ever will be made for the audiovisual kinographic medium. Sucks for you, gigatardo.
Recently married and my wife and I have been binging Lost. We love it. Halfway through season 4 at the moment. Why don’t shoes have this level of detail and intrigue anymore? Nothing seems to comes close, though I would be open to recommendations.
First, congrats on the double dubs.
LOST wasn't ruined by time travel.
It was ruined only by:
- poor all round execution of the last season
- poorly resolved plot threads
- terrible execution of the last episode
- the bizarre purgatory twist
The final season could actually have been okay with a few minor tweaks
I remember having lots of dreams of death when I was young. Specifically realistic dreams where I die and I wake up being glad and elated at being alive.
Now that I'm older, I don't get them anymore.
Season 5 was the most hilariously bonkers thing that ever was popular on television. Looking back I can’t even believe a schizo kino like it was that much of a cultural phenomenon. Last season sucks

ah thank you brutha
Can’t argue with that, season 5 is the most moronic in the whole series, the show would have been better off without seasons 4 and 5 and 3

Nothing comes close to LOST, but Watchmen weaves a fine web as well and is the second greatest show ever made after LOST.
I was under the impression it was woke garbage? I saw the movie and then remember a lot of complaining when the show came out. What do you think?
I think you should get out of the chud crab bucket before it's too late for you and start making your own opinions about things.
I was asking what you thought about the show and the accusations of it being loaded with propaganda, not what you thought about me based on one post.
I don't think about shit opinions.
watchmen is garbage. watch Carnivalé if you want something good, although incomplete.
It is garbage, some anons just think it's really funny to shill it so that you waste your time watching something bad.
>but Watchmen
have a nice day
shit show, shit comics
shows* damn autocorrect
>90s/00s
>yearly 24 episode seasons with high quality written 45 min long episodes
>2020s
>6 horrible 30 minute episode seasons every 2-3 years

outed yourself as a gigatardo
What if the afterlife doesn’t exist but you could create the afterlife by messing with exotic matter and having super cool adventures with friends?
That’s the premise of LOST and yes it is based and esoterically charged with meaning both metaphorically and metaphysically.

Been a while that I've watched it but I recall 5 being surprisingly good and cohesive.
Agreed on last season. Was a shitshow, but by that time, too much invested to just quit without getting some answers or a sense of closure.
gigatardos
All seasons are 10/10
I was wrong.
