this trial is as good as Johnny Deep one
the defense expert does exactly same mistake the client did, pottery, pure pottery
everybody should watch and make fun off these TDR nutjobs like Baldwin

this trial is as good as Johnny Deep one

it probably isnt loaded moron
that's probably what baldwin thought
Doesn't matter, the safety rules are to treat every gun as if it's loaded, and to not point it at anything unless you're ready to kill it.
Yeah, dude no movie ever has someone pointing a gun at someone else.
That would be against the rules!
the dont actually, since The Crow and Brandon Lee death on set armorers treat their job very seriously, watch the professional armorer interview from the trial, he worked on hundreds of projects and he was fricking baffled by what happened here
in fact multiple of the casts were complaining, and she almost got kicked off her previous movie for the same thing
to allow pointing for people they use metal (sometimes plastic or rubber) replicas, so guns without a chamber, pin or any way to load them with real ammo, they never do it with real guns
>to allow pointing for people they use metal (sometimes plastic or rubber) replicas, so guns without a chamber, pin or any way to load them with real ammo, they never do it with real guns
Dishonest filmmaking
Congratulations, you’ve proven your ignorance
They literally don't anymore unless the prop in question is a fake firearm that cannot fire anything. For guns that fire live ammunition it's film set safety standards to point the firearm at a marked target away from live personnel.
>ruining a normie's delusion that tv is real
Kind of mean, but based.
I'm continually confused why normies cannot comprehend that a film set is a place of business with safety guidelines and not some weird free for all
They honestly do think it's real. In fact, Hollywood movies are their Bible.
That's probably why urban black kids think Wakanda is a real place
Adult blacks think that too. So its not a stretch that many whites think guns in movies are pointed at real people's heads.
American whites are basically black now anyway with the phones frying their brains 24-7.
>trailer park Ameribong soldiers aren't even allowed to fire blanks directly at the enemy team
Muzzle discipline is for gayS
Jeff Cooper was GAY
>Muzzle discipline is for gayS
Said every moron that accidentally shot themselves or someone else
>bro what if I pretended to be moronic that would be so epic lmao
No shit, it was checked in by the security
But thats not the point, hes there to show how gun safety should look and first thing he does is point the gun at the judge without checking and unloading it first
Whats funnier he has both a real gun and a replica in the bag, and frick knows whats he holding at any time, they are supposed to look identical at a glance
At my range if you dont unload the gun and put in a flag or point it directly down the range you will be kicked out on the pot, pointing at somone will get you banned on the spot if not violently taken down
In fact if you dont have flags people look at you with an side eye already, i was never at a range with lack safety, then again i dont shoot with fricking morons like this clown
Always act as if a firearm is loaded you no gunz homosexual
That's not a gun, it's a replica, he says right in the beginning of the video it's not capable of firing...
He has both a gun and a replica which he took out one after the other without proving they are safe first
This trial is literally ripped from Ace Attorney. Somebody swapped in live rounds, somebody could swap in a real gun.
Alec, as your legal counsel I will once again remind you not to post details of the case online. Please check your email for a $2500 invoice
SHUT UP. I am an important public figure which means my words carry more weight than anyone! And I already paid you, I will sue if you ask again.
Your honor, please let it be a matter of public record that I have advised my client against this behavior and any continuation of such statements is purely his at his discretion.
I, Alex, "Alec" Baldwin of my own free will state that I never even touched the gun!
Kek
I'd die laughing if someone ND's in the court room.
Just when Baldwin busts a nut into the judge's face when he's let off.
>three weeks later, a new ND copypasta shows up on /k/ starting with "I just got out of county lockup for NDing during a trial"
Kino
Would be the best timeline.
Never personally seen a ND but I've heard about them 2nd hand and it's user error almost always
The ones I have heard about that haven't been user error have been slam fires which I'm not sure would be classifies as a ND as opposed to mechanical failure
A South African (white female) prosecutor got shot and killed in a courtroom by an ND a couple of years ago.
Source?
>probably
Nice try, Alec
Hostile?
THIS IS NO MOVIE!
I think its interesting that firearms experts all seem to be old 80 something senile white guys who always prattle on about irrelevant details , like this guy mentions Gen Custer. The prosecutors had a very similar firearms expert.
There's plenty of less moronic ones out there like massad ayoub but they generally select for those geezers banking on the jury trusting his authority on the subject more because of their age and attitude. The last thing they want is some dude triggering the jury and reinforcing their biases like some young black rifle coffee veteran douche potentially would.
Their job is to try to overcome the jury's biases and misinformed opinions and get them to look objectively at the situation based on the reality of how firearms operate. Most people have terrible knowledge of guns and believe all kinds of moronic myths because their only source of information is movies and things people told them. So they have to try to get the jury to understand their point by using references they likely are familiar with, in this case it's General Custer and his 6 shooter lmao.
jurors are literally selected because of their biases you dumb tryhard homosexual. how dare you try to present the us legal system as anything but a complete cluster frick embarrassment
What he typed and what you just typed are not in conflict. Are you just jumping around to start a fight that does not exist or are you hiding in wait for some "gotcha" response?
That's the only thing culture war obsessed /misc/ posters know how to do here
gun owners are uneducated, unhinged lunatics, that's why.
Remember that when the home invader is invading your intestines. Cops are just many minutes away!
Liberals are always brainwashed into believing the opposition are stupid. When given a chance to describe how the opposition thinks, conservatives and moderates do a good job of explaining liberal viewpoints, but liberals just do this shit.
>DUHHHHR HE THINK THAT WAY BECAUSE HE A DOOTY HEAD!!!! LOL!!!
If you weren't such a dumb golem, you'd likely would stop being a liberal.
>WHERE ARE YA HANSEN

A revolver takes a few seconds to clear, why the frick dont any of these morons do it? Just do it once when the revolver is in your control and then your fine.
LOOK OUT SHE HAS A LIGHTMETER
BANG
BANG
BANG
Lol he looks like he doesn't know what he's doing with it
Yeah I've been watching the livestream every day! Make sure to set playback speed to 1.4x or more, start at around lunch, and to skip all breaks
i was watching only witness testimonies and summaries, too boring
still some of it is great, prosecution armoer witness was good, really crushed the defense without ever being aggressive or even judgmental, by saying what he would do he avoided being confrontative so no pity points for her created
the defense lawyer isnt bad, but he has an uphill fight of mitigating her fault, as nobody doubts she didnt do her job
Everyone is asking "where did the live rounds come from" but it seems to me that they came from the leather bandoliers which Hannah brought from the previous set The Old Way. Whoever loaded those leather props messed up, and then Hannah assumed they were all dummies upon bringing them to Rust. The either her or Sarah Zachery took some of those rounds out and intermingled them into the Fanny pack of dummies.
I think it could be significant that there were six live rounds found on the set of rust. Since the gun is a six shooter one possible scenario is that somebody loaded the gun with live rounds intending to use it to shoot cans or something then left it perhaps on the prop truck where somebody else then unloaded the six rounds thinking they were dummies.
Yeah but they explicitly asked people in the court "was there plinking done" and they all said absolutely not. It was just a rumour. Unless some are lying under oath.
>Everyone is asking "where did the live rounds come from" but it seems to me that they came from the leather bandoliers which Hannah brought from the previous set The Old Way.
Actually seems to me that Seth mixed them in with Dummies. The live rounds are IDENTICAL to the props he provided, if you dont shoot guns you will be surprised that ammo differs between producers in look, this one clearly came from the same place
He was selling BOTH live ammo and dummies, when she bought dummies from him he had to mix in live rounds into the box, its on photos, the new box has few live rounds, and hes not believable when he says all boxes are his except that one
Dont think even she was high enough to not check the ammo she got from previous set, especially with how it was packed into boxes, she had the previous ammo unsorted
Also she sued him, and did you see the police photos from his place? he has zero receipts, dummies and live rounds mixed together, nothing sorted, everything sold under the table
So my understanding from what we saw so far. She brought it onto the set, but he marked live rounds as dummies and sold her live ammo mixed in dummy boxes.
To me what makes it most convincing story is her photo with an open box, where if you zoom in you can see some rounds have diffrent primers.
Seth's dummies didn't come onto set until October 12th. The pictures on Oct 10th show the live rounds were already on set and in bandoliers.
Thats the thing, he has nothing to back it up. And the guy couldnt come off more shady if he wanted.
She could be lying, but its not something she made up now, its the original story from the day of the shooting, been 2 years, enough time for him to "forget" what he sold and when.
>Actually seems to me that Seth mixed them in with Dummies
could be. I think that's what the defense is trying to suggest. It shouldn't matter since she wasn't doing her job. The real armorer said it best. You need to know when to walk away. That's part of the job and the little leverage she has. He has been doing it for years and even he has to tiptoe around actors.
I thought they destroyed the actual gun trying to get it to fire without pulling the trigger
They broke the hammer, then they had to fix it.
They fixed it with new parts from the manufacturer. Also the gun was brand new and purchased for the movie rust it was not heavily used or worn out.
yep, they proved the gun cant shoot itself, they had to break it apart for it to happen
Baldwin is lying, the revolver is way too well designed with steel bolts blocking hammer from movement
The metal parts of the gun expanded due to global warming and the gun shot by itself
The heat from the testosterone in every male's ballsack on set increased the temperature that caused the metal to expand..
>The metal parts of the gun expanded due to global warming and the gun shot by itself
You know remember Kate Steinle's murderer basically argued this in court and was found innocent.
California is a helluva drug
I thought his lawyer essentially said that Mexicans are too dumb to possibly understand what a gun is or does. That's what the totally fair media said anyway.
>thought his lawyer essentially said that Mexicans are too dumb to possibly understand what a gun is or does.
Yes, that's what he argued. With global warming being the underlying reasoning for why Mexicans are dumb.
How many meals at Denny's is it going to take for Alec to make the judge forget this?
LOL Boomers are always a danger to others, it's their role in life.
It was a replica, which he stated multiple times prior
He is a fricking moron, which comes across in the way he speaks and answers the questions
Hannah is fricking doomed btw
>repeated safety frickups
>zero safety authority on set
>took prop guns off set to shoot with
>kept loose rounds in a fanny pack
>high throughout, hid coke on set
She probably won't even testify, she'll expect to take the 2 years already
Then comes baldwin's trial and that should be good, because he'll actually protest his innocence despite pointing a gun at two people, wienering it and pulling the trigger
Has there been any confirmation that the cameras were/were not rolling when he shot them? They were doing camera rehearsals but I don't know if the cameras were actually rolling, I've never heard anybody specifically state one way or the other
She'll get 15 years probation, then if after 16 years she gets someone else killed, she'll be given a sterner warning.
>Has there been any confirmation that the cameras were/were not rolling when he shot them?
It's all on film and video, anon. They did film it AND they have video dailies too.
It wasn't recorded unfortunately. The Directory of Photography had one job! We missed out on kino. And then another witness was watching Hannah and Dave Halls unload the Baldwin gun over the prop cart and held up their phone but in a frenzy didn't record. Oh and Sarah Zachary discarded the dummy rounds out of the other guns and a fat lady discarded a bag of cocaine that Hannah gave her at the hotel room the night of the shooting just before cops came and this fat lady didn't bring this evidence to the cops immediately... So many missing pieces.
>It wasn't recorded unfortunately. T
Yes it fricking was.
I've watched the 9 days of testimony. First, the video village was not running because the camera crew walked off set the day before. Next they were setting up the "shot" (putting Baldwin into position, checking lighting, have Baldwin slowly draw his gun). But perhaps I am wrong, care to share your proof that it was recorded and why it hasn't been shown at this trial?
I don't care, when news of this first broke THEY SAID IT WAS FILMED. Maybe they lied, maybe they didn't lie, but that is what they said.
It's probably true if you knew anything about filmmaking.
There's film and video tape of it.
As far as I understand it, the camera was just in viewing mode, not recording mode. They weren't ready to "roll" yet.
They were recording 6 gorillion percent, I know this for a fact, unless they were incompetent there as well.
How do you know for certain. You've seen the video?
Yes part of it, it was posted here a thousand times. No I didn't save it; I don't save everything, and if you doubt me, frick you.
I htink if hannah folds it she "automatically" takes the blame for the accident since she handed baldwin the gun. Unless the prosecution is a real crusader and nails him for hiring her in the first place and allowing her erratic behavior on set. He's rich and famous though so I doubt it.
It's practically a guarantee that he will kill again.
>It was a replica, which he stated multiple times prior
he had both a replica and a real gun in the bag
how do you know he pulled out the right one? how do you know which one he is waving around like a moron?
nobody can tell from far away, and thats the point, he created an unsafe situation that gave the impression of immediate danger, he showed complete lack of basic knowledge of gun safety
My proof is in the original stories that some short guy named promptly edited away.
Don't ask for proof anymore, either believe or shut up.
*Chaim David Goldsilverbergfeinblatt
Court has resumed.
What the frick is wrong with liberals? Do they not understand that if you get shot, even on accident, you fricking die forever?
When do we find out how many Denny's Original Grand Slams® Alec will have to buy as restitution?
>challenges prosecution to 1v1 Rust
kek, i could see it happening
Baldwin is a complete fricking nutjob, people missed it, but he literally kept calling the local police station and threatening the cops working on his case, you can watch the recordings of his calls and even cop is baffled
I can't wait for his trial. He's going to frick it all up for himself.
I feel bad for his lawyer. It's already a difficult case to win and Alec keeps fricking everything up even more.
>he literally kept calling the local police station and threatening the cops working on his case
Holy shit do you have a link? That sounds absolutely schizo
>Yes and I'm telling you I did not pull the trigger. The gun just WANTED TO FRICKING KILL HER! Write it any other way or I'll be taking your family to Denny's™ next.
judge talking to the jurors now in prep for closing arguments. Jury nullification imminent.
Give it to me straight, is there any chance our gal is getting acquitted?
She isn't our gal moron. Go claim you are trans, punch a cop, and simp for her in the womens prison if you like her so much.
No
YOUR gal is absolutely fricked.
AAH! Who is that beast?
I'm talking about the qt in the courtroom on trial right now
It's pretty wild how danger hairs look great if they just dress like adults.
i just noticed her hair colors are the same as Ukraine's flag and the victim was from the Ukraine. Tonights journey starts in hollywood and ends in the twilight zone.
It's all fake most likely. The courtroom looks more like a set than a real room.
-t. has been in court
>has never been to New Mexico
>gives me a compliment
Thanks.
>Ukraine's flag is yellow and purple
more like a lakers fan
Did she lose a ton of weight? Looks like a blob there
Carrying the weight of guilt from indirectly causing the death of a woman is a great cardio workout
No, too much evidence that she was negligent and the judge informed the jury that even if the jury agrees that other people were negligent too that it doesn't excuse the defendant's negligence.
The defense would have a better shot if she ever actually looked like she was being lazy about safety under protest. She just looks lazy though in all the behind the scenes footage. If safety is being ignored you need to be ready to walk. That dumb prostitute wasn't even doing the safety checks she had complete control over. If all she did was actually check ammo the set would have been a lot safer. Who knows though, the jury might be morons
too much video evidence, shes done
She's the only one at fault.
>takes glasses off dramatically
God I hope she is found not guilty.
Me too, really. The best result will be if the judge suggests it's our fault for being white.
Honestly. I want people to freak out over this like it's the O.J. verdict.
Why? Because I'm not Billy Mitchell, that's why.
i just think if she is found not guilty then well someone has to be guilty, and it's baldwin.
i have strong opinions about why he is legally culpable, but really what matters is that he suffers in prison and then hollywood has to do a weird song and dance to rehabilitate a literal killer to bring him back in.
>i just think if she is found not guilty then well someone has to be guilty, and it's baldwin.
It's cute that you think logic enters into a courtroom. Stay out of trouble, please.
>what matters is that he suffers in prison
Not happening. Every judge loves The Hunt for Red October and The Shadow.
I have heard rumors the jury loves The Shadow as well, and every member of the the defense team used to write movie reviews and they all panned The Shadow when it came out.
haha you jest, but chances are extremely high that such is the case.
>stream is over
more content to consoom?
After break, we will hear the closing arguments by Mr. bowls. Gosh that prosecutor closing argument was so well done. It is cut and dry.
Umm, have you forgotten about a little thing called reasonable doubt? Exactly.
You can't prove this wasn't all a conspiracy to make her look bad
I think it could have been more concise. She needs to talk to herself in her car on the way to work and rehearse her statements.
Saying the defense was taking the shotgun approach was great though. Everyone is to blame except Hannah.
The gun was obviously defective and just shot by itself, maybe he moved it too fast. Alec did not pull the trigger therefore he should go free.
it was a fricking REPLICA that could not fire anything
>Production is so cheap they use Denix replicas
>no fun: the trial
rittenhouse spoiled these forever.
>i want this trial to be as fun as a murder trial
its a negligence trial not a murder trial, it was never going to be fun
>Nobody thought live rounds would be on the set, so therefore my client, who was in charge of all arms and ammo on the set, must be innocent.
The defense's closing comments are moronic
Sum up or greentext, plox
Here is my summary
Not listening to that shit.
They are trying to make it look like there were lots of possibilities as to who brought the live rounds.
Maybe Hannah was setup. Shotgun approach.
They have not been able to answer why Hannah was not checking ammo at all.
Also all the video evidence of her being negligent should matter because the video only shows what was going on some of the time. Not what was going on when they weren't shooting. moronic. Are we supposed to believe she only did safety checks and enforced muzzle safety when cameras weren't rolling?
>when someone dies from a gunshot wound on set, you should only prosecute the armorer after you make sure every other person isn't guilty, and if you can't do that you must acquit
She is a moron and should never be allowed near guns again.
She doesn't even follow the law outside of work. Taking handguns to bars.
>Taking handguns to bars.
That's based, though.
She sounds like her dad got her into the industry to settle her down but she was in that middle point of "Still Irresponsible" and "Has too much money and access"
It's weird, if her dad was a cameraman, she coulda been the one behind the camera, but instead he was an armorer so she's on trial for manslaughter.
But she probably got some great laughs at a bar, may have even pointed it at a guy in a playful flirty manner or pretended to be a girl Clint Eastwood or call herself Jane Bond.
It's sad that life is like this sometimes.
She is literally a nepobaby. She only got armory jobs in movies because her dad is a famous movie armorer. She has no experience in the job.
Are you suggesting she shouldn't be held accountable?
No. Entitlement and incompetence arent an excuse for negligence.
Why didn't they call Cage as a witness?
>hyphenated last name
brave and powerful
>we don't know that it was evidence because it was never tested so it wasn't evidence tampering to throw it away
Defense is moronic saying they are pinning it all on Hannah. Baldwin is up for trial. The AD took a plea deal.
Is this guy saying there was NO way for Hannah to tell the live rounds from the dummies? And is that correct?
>She didn't know there was a live round
>It's her job to know if there is a live round
...
Uh, your honor, I clearly have a pussy and not a dick.
>*gavel bangs* innocent!
It's amusing. Like it's only her job to deal with foreseeable gun safety issues.
>only check the guns if we know someone brought live rounds
Helena was also responsible
Why would she try to hide a bag of white powder unless it was illegal drugs?
>It's unforeseeable that a live round would be in a firearm
This is embarrassing.
He keeps saying 'the passing' in referring to the camerawoman's death, to make it sound like a more natural and less violent death
The fact that we’re still talking about a single crew death shows how far into the cinematic ghetto we truly are
>They laughed in court therefore my client is innocent
If she is acquitted, Alec is going to be sweating bullets
I'll find you, Mike. I'll find you.
Nah it'll will do him in good standing actually.
>she didn't know it was live
because she didn't do her job and check?
Defense baldie already rekt
>Hannah did not foresee a live round
>she is in charge of checking all the rounds
>it's reasonable to rely on production buying dummies and her not checking them
>televised trial
fake and CIA.
She talks like an annoying c**t.
Because she is one.
Daaaaaaamn truth bombs
Phenotype?
bog
Would vote not guilty because Hannah is cute, and the prosecutor is an annoying Karen. Simple as.
>It was impossible for Hannah to do her job
She was getting paid wasn't she?
tfw boomers probably own these guns not as collectables lol
Takes someone about 10 seconds to fully field strip a Glock and put it back in working order
>If any of you feel bad for her because she is young and... err... maybe inexperienced...
kek the phrase is young and pretty for my esl frens
>guns can kill ya!
The jury is made up of random people. You can assume that around half of them are basically mentally moronic
>You can assume that around half of them are basically mentally moronic
>California
You can safely guarantee that all of them are moronic, ideologically progressive weirdos and sociopaths
New Mexico
The jurors are probably unemployed Hispanics so that's good for ms gutierez
>Yeah. That happened.
She looks like she's 48.
How long till the jury delivers their verdict? Any guesses?
Tomorrow afternoon
>Your honor, we find this hot ass slampig too sexy to be guilty. Innocent!
His analogies are so moronic.
Who
Mr. Clean.
FINALLY. Sense in a post. I was always, always trained to never -ever- point a loaded gun at someone first and foremost. This is - for the most part - completely achievable in Hollywood, you point somewhere to the side using clever camera angles or something. Next, when I was handed a gun I checked the chamber, then fired at the floor. An ND might be bad (and an ND on set after being told a gun was safe would probably be gross misconduct) but it's better than fricking MURDERING SOMEONE. These c**ts need to be held to account, Baldwin and his gun b***h need to be done because their stupidity cost someone their life and they were clearly acting dangerously.
>the chamber, then fired at the floor.
A revolver might be more difficult, but pointing it at the floor and pulling the trigger 6 times is probably a good idea before stuffing it in the face of the cameraman
Wtf are "alternates"
People seriously had to sit through all of the testimony and don't even get to help decide the verdict?!
Its a back up contingency in case one or two fall ill or are found to be ineligible.
If you don't have alternates you have to redo the entire thing if one juror leaves
So these would protect against jury nullification or is that still possible?
>this trial is as good as Johnny Deep
I'll have to stop you right there. This trial doesn't feature DJ Maxipad, and while Guiterrez-Reed is an acceptable PAWG option, DJ was on a level of her own.
No mention of Dr Muffins?
Sad
Why hasn't Alec sued the gun manufacturer for making a weapon that fires by itself?
>get hired for on set gun safety
>someone dies
>it's not her fault
Part time gun safety lol
What the frick even makes sense about that posting?
The death occurred on an armorer day.
When she was elsewhere. The plea deals are fricked. Four people should be on trial here.
Wasn't she on set when it happened? What the frick are you talking about?
She wasn't around the shoot when the AD took the gun no. He should be on trial too and get her sentence also.
Her job is to stay around the guns. Something that the crew complained about to production about Hannah which they tried to address with her and she ignored it.
He took a plea deal. Other people being complicit doesn't make her innocent.
I never said she was moron. Learn to read.
>told investigators in the aftermath of the shooting that she left the loaded gun in the hands of Halls and walked out of a makeshift church on the set beforehand.
>she left the loaded gun in the hands of Halls
Part of her job is to ensure nobody is handling a firearm without making sure it's safe first, he pled no contest which is fair in this situation. She is trying to go for a not guilty verdict. She can go frick herself
>I never said she was moron. Learn to read.
My bad.
Will do.
>she steps out for a piss
>it's now her fault Baldwin picked up a gun and shot nine people dead
She said she was just outside the Church where the shooting happened.
>When she was elsewhere
She wasn't doing her job. She knew better
>The plea deals are fricked. Four people should be on trial here
I agree. Hopefully Baldwin burns too
>The plea deals are fricked.
Its pretty interesting that Dave Halls now denies handing baldwin the gun in the church. He claimed it was hannah but everybody else says he was the last person other than Baldwin to have the gun.
Shouldn't his deal be rescinded?
Is that Thel Reed?
yes
the man, the myth, the legend. We've heard so much about him during the trial but finally see the man behind the mirror.
His smile and optimism: Gone.
This is pretty weird. Did he testify that Hannah gave the gun to Alec?
she was just a child you fricking creep
she dosnt desrve her life to be ruined
Fact, women in the USA in divorce court are codified as children. Real case law backs it up, no I won't link.
>she was just a child you fricking creep
>she dosnt desrve her life to be ruined
Yes she does because she is a moron and her negligence caused someone's death. Her and Baldwin. Maybe she should have spent more time on gun safety and less time on her hair.
When is Rust coming out?
Never.
I thought they were filming again to finish it
There's still time for multiple crew members to sue. If I could I'd open up the cans and expose them to light and also piss and shit on the VHS dailies.
When the jury give their verdict.
For the Netflix movie cast Kate Mckinnon as the prosecutor and aidy bryant as hannah.
Ugh. Random background women playing nurses on M*A*S*H mog the frick out of those two ghouls.
>For the Netflix movie cast Kate Mckinnon as the prosecutor and Billie Eilish as hannah.
ftfy
>Bunch of west coast homosexuals don't know how to use guns without killing people accidentally
Not shocked out of 10
a movie about a guy accidentally killing someone while making a movie about accidentally killing someone would be kino
any body language experts watching the case?
Shut the frick up
My mother watches those channels and I've never seen a less important skill.
These peolle dedicated their careers to something simple so they can explain obvious things to dense morons like my mom.
Be nice to your mom, gayit.
Silence
of the Lambs is a decent flick, yes, but you are an insufferable waste of life.
You said be nice
It's a very nice film with competent acting and cinematography. 🙂
There's often nothing scientific about their observations, usually just their opinions on certain body language that could mean multiple things. Might as well ask a psychic.
>If the Accused is fit, you must acquit!
Just charge them both with manslaughter and be done with it already. They're going to die of old age before seeing a single day in jail at this rate.
God I hope Baldwin leads the police on a slow-speed chase and kills an illegal immigrant family.
We won't get Baldwin crazy kino until July
I hope he gains a shit load of weight and starts claiming he couldn't have pulled the trigger because his finger doesn't fit in the trigger guard
>"Iffin my fingah don't fit, then you just gotta acquit!"
I think he will plead guilty to avoid the spectacle of having to sit there in front of TV cameras while they describe him as incompetent and unable to follow safety rules. Then he will claim he was railroaded by conservatives.
Liberals will treat him as guilty if that's what a court says. They won't see beyond that
Maybe they will ask him to recreate his shooting stance during the trial, where he definitely did not pull the trigger
Has there ever been a recorded case of a revolver just firing by itself?
Yes, certain models that are not involved in the matter after they were dropped.
Like a cowboy ghost?
Baldwin said he wienered the gun at the direction of the victim and was pointing it where she told him then when she said cut he let go of the hammer and it fired. He claims he was not touching the trigger but he must have been holding it down the whole time.
he could've pulled the hammer back just enough to it to fire, without it locking back with the trigger.
I dunno, probably depends on the revolver if that would work.
I think it was established this model of Colt did not work that way.
I’m still pissed all our depp trial threads were deleted.
It forced me to become radicalised over on /misc/
It made no sense.
>Judge I am telling you... it was an act of God
Prediction: Alec is going to bully and shout at the judge and jury in his trial
Haha! nice
My goodness he's slow.
he pulled the trigger
hahaha!!!!!!!!
>State lawyer kept saying Baldwin was a loose cannon
Quite funny, I sure hope he gets some time as well.
So who is actually on trial?
We're still waiting for the gun itself to take the stand and tell us in it's own words what happened.
The Constitution.
The armorer
Alec's trial is July 10th
So there's still time for him to go on the lam.
Yep
Would be kino if we actually got a full-blown mental breakdown
I just want The Shadow Part II. Is that asking too much?
This is around when Trump will be doing his campaign rallies, I'm sure he will mention Killer Baldwin and his trial
My guy put his head in the bowling ball polisher like homer
bb-b-bald
Thinning!
I'm not watching all that shit, is this guy on Baldwin's side or the fattie?
I know she’s an irresponsible druggie Hollywood degenerate and she got a good woman killed, but i find her very attractive. I’d like to rawdog her and then shoot her in the face just after I climax (she knows it’s coming but is powerless to stop me)
Verdict is about to be read apparently
Oh shit, it's happening
Wouldn't such a quick deliberation point to a guilty verdict?
She's going free, lads.
She shouldn't but you are probably right
GASP pussy pass revoked!
GUILTY
G U I L T Y ! ! !
Guilty. This means Alec 99% will walk free in his trial. State will probably drop charges before the trial anyway.
Yeah..
I laiughed when the idiot foreman(forewoman?) said:
>Sure.
instead of "yes". Fricking sa]y yes, dumb b***h it's a court of law with a real record.
Hopefully not, just because she's guilty doesn't mean Baldwin isn't. Same charge and the same legal theory applies.
Why ? if the jury found that there was criminal conduct in this accident doesn't that make Baldwin more likely to get convicted esp since he was also management.
If she was found innocent, then there would be a lot of pressure to find Baldwin guilty because someone needs to be punished for this death. Now she is found guilty, if Baldwin walks then at least someone has already been punished, less pressure on him. But who knows.
If Baldwin walks, there would be insane outrage because it will show that the more famous you are, the easier it is to get away with shit
If she is guilty, then he is too
LOCK HER UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY YEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW
Time served I hope. Too dangerous to put her in prison to teach real criminals how to properly use their firearms.
Mom is crying 🙁
Hot.
LOOKS LIKE MEAT IS BACK ON THE MENU BOYS
What is he thinking right now?
he bought them dennys he's a free man
They didn't cuff her
Yeah. Some dolt will say that means it's fake, but well, they did seem to break protocol, but I don't know, it was probably for the benefit of the cameras more than anything.
Shell be out on parole in six months.
Her career is likely dead though.
Her next career will be OnlyFans
High class fame is gone. All she has is the low class kind. It might pay better tho
She was very calm and handled it pretty well
How could this happen?
I wasn't there. I don't know those people.
