Majors is a good actor, but he has a very narrow range, he's the mumblecore/stoic type. He's totally the wrong actor for Kang. They needed a chameleon actor who can physically transform, who can play vastly different yet familiar, which Majors just can't do (as Timely and the other Kangs...he still looks the same even with a ton of make-up).
