I was just learning blender animations using this character model, i'm surprised someone already took up the mantle of making lewd renders of her, i hope to see more coming!
Anyway, sorry for the mass reply, i'll make up for it by posting my first render of her 🙂
I don't think this can be made posable easily, the new elements won't have the proper vertex weights.
I guess the easy-ish way to do stills is to just move the vertices around the new elements in edit mode (with proportional editing), so they match the pose of the rest of the body.
If you want to try to make it posable, you could try transferring the weights of the clothes to the new skin objects, with "transfer mesh data".
It's usually done to get weights for the clothes, not the other way around, and it might not work too well if the clothes are too loose. But it could work.
Or you could find a nude model that sort of matches, match the skin color, try to align the two. and remove the parts of the nude model tast you don't need.

Anybody know how to convert Ellie rig into a 3d printable one, doing a straight mesh to stl conversion produces some clipping because Ellie hair clips through the model and I dont know if that is ignorable or do I need cut those clipping parts out for the printing process.
You could model a stud under it, to make it clip-on so you can print various iterations of Best Hair™. And scruffy hair if you want to, I guess.

I have to say that the longer hair would have been far more fitting for the time period that the short is set in. That and the lipstick would have also made her look more like her intended age.
The most unrealistic thing about the short was that the fat ginger lad wasn't white knighting for the available nerdy girl while the pooinloo was trying to get her drunk, both thinking they had a chance to lose their v-cards.
I've been using Blender for 6 months (Dec 2022 when i got my gaming PC as a christmas gift) and this was my first time posing and rendering a 3d model aswell, i've made a few renders with her and posted them there including the one for the youtube guides. The matter is not with confidence, rather it's the fact that you haven't been paying attention at all, before you can use Blender you must learn and understand important aspects of the UI before you can do anything, and it's not like you're learning math anyway.
Ive been at it for years, i think its half skill issue [...] and half not believing in myself enough.

oh believe me buddy you're taking my statement more seriously than i intended it, in all my years i spent more time learning the fundementals of art so i can model, before i ever rendered much. I'm only now beginning to render anything and actually finalize real character models of mine. I could say i'm experienced with blender by now, i know my way around it just fine with no confusion.

Don't worry, it's really simple, you have to learn how to use the pose menu, Blender Studios have already created presets for the face and hands movement, the best part about this is that if you made a custom pose such as a character laying down or making a lewd facial expression, you can save the preset and even have a custom thumbnail for it. https://youtu.be/3pd_ftb0z5g

Also if you want to pose her in a way you want, always use Reference, PureRef is a free app specifically for reference, and its great for animation and posters.
You have to consider that while a drawing someone made the frick up is creepy looking but not based in reality, some psychos toe the line and draw real (celebrity etc.) children or trace some actual CP. So it's not as nearly as cut and dried as your post outlines it. Drawings are not by definition, harmless.

They were probably hoping she would sleep through it and would wake up the next day and just assume they abandoned her, likely with Papa Sprite even telling her that's what happened, letting her sadly go home and only suspecting something when the other four never showed up to class again.
It's still a stupid plan. At some point Ellie is going to have to explain to the police why four teenagers she was last seen with have gone missing. The best case scenario for them is that she can never prove the Sprites exist, and Ellie is put in a straight jacket for killing her classmates. The worst case scenario for the Sprites is that this adds up with other disappearances in the area including ones that happen AFTER Ellie was arrested or when she's too young to have done it herself, and authorities show up to destroy the land and genocide the Sprites.

Ive been at it for years, i think its half skill issue
and half not believing in myself enough.
I've been using Blender for 6 months (Dec 2022 when i got my gaming PC as a christmas gift) and this was my first time posing and rendering a 3d model aswell, i've made a few renders with her and posted them there including the one for the youtube guides. The matter is not with confidence, rather it's the fact that you haven't been paying attention at all, before you can use Blender you must learn and understand important aspects of the UI before you can do anything, and it's not like you're learning math anyway.
Another thing to add, instead of wishing you can learn 3D, how about you actually learn it? It's completely free and there's no shame in using plugins to help you with 3D, the important thing about this is that you have to have fun in order to have confidence and to believe in yourself, do what makes you happy in the end, there is no magic in this, just have some fun.
oh believe me buddy you're taking my statement more seriously than i intended it, in all my years i spent more time learning the fundementals of art so i can model, before i ever rendered much. I'm only now beginning to render anything and actually finalize real character models of mine. I could say i'm experienced with blender by now, i know my way around it just fine with no confusion.

Don't worry, it's really simple, you have to learn how to use the pose menu, Blender Studios have already created presets for the face and hands movement, the best part about this is that if you made a custom pose such as a character laying down or making a lewd facial expression, you can save the preset and even have a custom thumbnail for it. https://youtu.be/3pd_ftb0z5g

Also if you want to pose her in a way you want, always use Reference, PureRef is a free app specifically for reference, and its great for animation and posters.
You have to consider that while a drawing someone made the frick up is creepy looking but not based in reality, some psychos toe the line and draw real (celebrity etc.) children or trace some actual CP. So it's not as nearly as cut and dried as your post outlines it. Drawings are not by definition, harmless.

They were probably hoping she would sleep through it and would wake up the next day and just assume they abandoned her, likely with Papa Sprite even telling her that's what happened, letting her sadly go home and only suspecting something when the other four never showed up to class again.
It's still a stupid plan. At some point Ellie is going to have to explain to the police why four teenagers she was last seen with have gone missing. The best case scenario for them is that she can never prove the Sprites exist, and Ellie is put in a straight jacket for killing her classmates. The worst case scenario for the Sprites is that this adds up with other disappearances in the area including ones that happen AFTER Ellie was arrested or when she's too young to have done it herself, and authorities show up to destroy the land and genocide the Sprites.
