Well, yes, because it's all of it (start with Guy Debord and work from there), but that has nothing to do with whether anyone "shills" here, which is unlikely, since there's not much in it. There's like 14 IPs in this thread, so not much reach for impressions or viral potentiality.
That said, it's clear you didn't read the article, because it's not even "shilling", it was one asshurt exec having an intern or two make troll accounts to shitpost on Twitter. Probably no one would've noticed (it concerned like three tweets) but for the RS article. Again, it is worth considering, whatever the scope or reason, whether corporate Hollywood tries to shape the discussion about its products and it no doubt does so, but this particular event is unimportant, and also has nothing to do with whether anyone "shills" here.
It's also worth noting RS has some running beef with HBO for a long time now. I have no idea why, but they've been going after them ever since the rerelease of Justice League, and especially with the shitstorm around The Idol. I wonder if its really a proxy conflict between Warner Bros. and RS, which is owned by the same company who owns SXSW, Variety and all this other media shit. It's like shitslinging between the people who make movies and the people who talk about them.
