If you’re gonna tell me that season 1 has no funny episodes then you’re insane. Season 1 of Johnny Bravo is like half pure gold and half completely forgettable. Season 4…I’ll give you that one. There were a couple of good episodes but it was a downgrade overall.

It's one of those classic cartoon premises about a character that wants something but is too foolish to get it, like Sylvester & Tweety, but in this case it's Johnny and any woman or a strange woman and Johnny. Both showrunners have their appeal. It's not supposed to be a video essay on feminism or gender dynamics, just a funny cartoon. But that Bollywood movie was completely incoherent.
