How does this movie compare to The Descent?

Unironically would I like this if I liked the descent?

        Anonymous

Yeah but it isn't scary by any means. It's a good movie but if you're a grown man you shouldn't be scared of it. The Descent is actually scarier because it has a barely reasonable explanation and mankind just dislikes the dark in general.

Depends on how much shlock you can tolerate, it gets pretty shlocky at the end. But it's worth a watch definitely has a unique feel.

Give me some good horror movies. It feels like I've watched most of them. Especially on Netflix I've seen all the good ones.

Limiting to whatever shitflix has is the mistake
        >Event horizon

It's still entertaining, it just feels way more like they didn't know what to do exactly for a sequel

Yeah I'm not like not recommending it but it is jarring going from the kino of tremors to tremors 2. The idea is kinda fun but like fundamentally undermines the monster.

Tomb Raider protag was kind of annoying, though I did like how they explained why she was so desperate to get the grail at the end (which also helped to provide context to her perfectionist personality.)

I will never understand the praise this shit movie gets
    Acting is atrocious
    not scary at all
nothing interesting or anything other than generic and boring and completely predictable
you need to watch more movies, especially horror movies if you genuinely think this piece of shit is good

It's the best "tomb raider" move so far. They captured the essence of getting lost in unknown ruins with some mystical forces from the very first game.

It's the best "tomb raider" move so far. They captured the essence of getting lost in unknown ruins with some mystical forces from the very first game.

It's got plenty of flaws (namely stupid acting and epileptic camerawork) but it's a very fun adventure/horror flick.

It's decent. I think more than anything it gets carried hard by it's setting. I can't think of any other movies that feature the Paris catacombs despite it being such an interesting place.
