Reminder
>Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers
It's a failed spinoff movie for a failed Three Stooges cartoon that ultimately contradicts it's ambiguous ending where the ghost of Colonel Beauregard may or may not be real by having 3 real ghosts that are clearly and without doubts ghosts being in this movie
>Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School
It's a stupid attempt at rebooting the Universal monsters as school girls that ultimately leads to nothing
>Scooby-Doo! and the Reluctant Werewolf
It's a shitty failed reboot of the Wacky Races cartoon that has no reason to be about Scooby Doo and the movie knows it since it makes Shaggy in some kind of cars pilot and Scooby and Scrappy his mechanics
>Scooby-Doo! in Arabian Nights
It's a shitty ripoff of Bugs Bunny 1001 Rabbit Tales that only exists to try to do something with Hanna-Barbera characters and fails to do it because these characters serves nothing to the story
>Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island
It's good only because it had to break down Scooby Doo formula and subverts everything that everyones knows of the franchise to do something with the SD characters
>Scooby-Doo! and the Witch's Ghost
It's another subversion movie that even then has to not be Scooby Doo to be good
>Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders
Once again subverts and has some useless mystery that's more a find clues game
>Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase
Only works because Scooby Doo is used to make a meta talk story with other version of the gang

Why are white guys always contrarians?
>Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School
>It's a stupid attempt at rebooting the Universal monsters as school girls that ultimately leads to nothing
It did lead to something, but the producers could never have predicted it.
Based on their phanty sketches they totally wanted something to happen
>Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island
>It's good only because it had to break down Scooby Doo formula and subverts everything that everyones knows of the franchise to do something with the SD characters
Its also a retooled, unused script from Swat KATS.
>Its also a retooled, unused script from Swat KATS.
Meh, don't see it that much
This, hence why they have werecats in the movie.
How would werecats even work in a world where they're all cats?
Furry confusion: some cats are more cats than others
Swat Kat's version was a succubus, not a werecat. The same script was also reused in a Real Adventures of Jonny Quest episode where a succubus charms Hadji and tries to suck the life out of Jesse to make herself young again.
Forgot to add it was also set during a lunar eclipse and the succubus died because she did not drain Jesse in time.
maybe originally they were were-humans?
Ok,and?
Reminder that Zombie Island was skooks defeating satanists.
>taken to off-shore island
>bodies piled everywhere
>cult like attitude & actions if going off the track
>no way off/surrounded by gators
>consume "energy" in body aka sacrifice
>they were devil worshipers & gained powers after selling their soul
>stuck forever to do a tradition
I can't be the only one to believe this right?
There's witchcraft in the dolls made.
Yeah the Cat God was a demon asking for worship.
It was a metaphor for how ancient native americans worshipped the devils masked as gods and the christiand even if violently freed them from those satanic beings.
Cat ladies are natives, pirates the spaniards, scoob and crew the christians
>It's good only because it had to break down Scooby Doo formula and subverts everything that everyones knows of the franchise to do something with the SD characters
"It's only good because it's good at what it set out to do."
It's only good because it's not Scooby Doo you mean?
>the gang solves a mystery and there's a chase scene with music
Seems pretty Scooby Doo to me. More Scooby Doo than even some of the shows.
Don't care, Reluctant Werewolf is fun.
