It was supposed to be ambiguous, but normies don't care, they just think it's Tootie since she actually played a role in the movie and her ship was markedly less terrible.

>it’s supposed to be ambiguous
How do morons still think this
Tootie has an entire arc in the special
It’s obviously supposed to be her, why else would they give her some focus
Trixiegays. Celebrating nearly 20 years of seething about TimmyxTootie being the canon ship
They still kept pushing those Timmy/Trixie simp plots after Channel Chasers though. In fact, Wishology was originally supposed to end with Timmy and Trixie dating. Meanwhile in season 6 Tootie's character got assassinated, her previous romantic interactions with Timmy retconned, and often made the butt of Meg Griffin tier jokes. So newer fans of the show were likely to be more endeared to Trixie than to Tootie, while its the opposite case for fans that were watching from the beginning.
I'm not saying it was smart, fair, or even remotely good writing either. This is what just one season of Kevin Sullivan does to a homie's show. Just ask the loudpedos.
Yes. To the point that their calling this the "bad ending" because Timmy is now in the position that his parents are, being neglectful towards his kids and hiring an abusive babysitter.
The enterbots getting mad over the Vickybot are priceless, because you can tell they didn't watch the show. There is always going to be an element of frickery in FOP's ending, that is just the way it is. Besides, it's not like Timmy's parents saying shit like "we regret having a kid" to him, Timmy seems to genuinely love his children.
It's unclear. Not only does his dad have black hair, but there's no particular reason that, for the obvious counter argument, that Vicky's kids wouldn't resemble their aunt, for example, and if we're already playing "Genetics are a real factor" in this bullshit, you can similarly make an argument for Trixie and Veronica, if you want since Blonde is a recessive and a need for glasses just happens sometimes.
It's unstated, but not unclear. >Vicky's Kids
See, what you're doing here is trying to fudge the actual content of the movie so your headcanon fanfiction doesn't get devalued, which is a pointlessly stupid thing to do.
Yes she fricking does. Stop being a blind homosexual.
Why even do that? that's kind of shitty hack writing too, or makes it look like Timmy is a serial cheater. They have crapped all over Trixie's character that point anyway with the TELL EM IM PRETTY and jealous dating Chester shit, I'd rather they free her from just being "hot bawd Timmy likes" and have her do more interesting things than bawdting around, like have her comic book angle come back and put her in Crimson Chin episodes, so just reveal it was Tootie and give her a hot mom design and I guarantee all but the most hardcore shippers wouldnt have raised an iota of protest.
FOP had one of the worst cases of will they wont they'ing in history. even fricking Danny Phantom made a decision eventually so don't tell me it was all Butch
It's an easy way of drumming up discussion. It's not like continuity matters all that much to FOP, and if people want to believe he married one or the other or both, there's nothing preventing them from headcanoning it.

>show generic popular girl secretly liking geek things and being embarrassed by it >do NOTHING with it not even for jokes
I’m not saying FoP needed continuity but at least give the side character more to do, especially since the later seasons completely forgot about them
>They have crapped all over Trixie's character that point anyway with the TELL EM IM PRETTY and jealous dating Chester shit
Trixie wasn't even a relevant character before Just The Two Of Us happened. The show had already dropped her development through a trapdoor in the same episode as the comic book nerd episode and she was always the shallow and vapid rich girl then.
The last time she had development then was the Valentines Day Special and she still wasn't much used in that timeframe.
>. This is what just one season of Kevin Sullivan does to a homie's show.
He sounds hella based, homosexual. Trixie was always best girl
the problem with Trixie is that she never does squat in this series and it makes her really uninteresting as a character
like in wishology, or the superhero episode, she's just standing around the entire fricking time. she doesn't even make a "i might break a nail!" joke to explain why she doesn't help out. i have no idea why they choose to write this character this way but making a character immune to jokes/slapstick on a show like this just gives them nothing to do at all
well his first adult Timmy design was balding, hunched over, and a little fat
I think Timmy only looks good here because otherwise the movie would have ended on a shitty note
>nooo you're not allowed to have your main character have a happy ending with a 10/10 body he needs to be an emasculated beta male
No wonder the reboot went with the first adult design, they don't allow the idea of men bettering themselves.
This, channel chasers was good because it actually had a nice 3 act structure for Timmy to finally grow up a bit and realizes that he's a bit of a shit head too. But of course in this new age of homosexualry, we cant have growth, or acceptance of yourself and your parents flaws and all. Nah we gotta stay "I'm right all the time" little b***hes now.
It's funny cause I recently watched that Saberspark video on him and I couldn't help but laugh when he got personally ass hurt that Butch is gonna do what religious ppl do and interject their beliefs into their craft.
No, homosexual bastard, they hate him because he's a fricking egotistical scammer that thinks he's holier than thou.
Everything he "made" was thanks to people he never credited. He stole and took claim as if he's the reason you had a childhood "in the light" from corruption.
Yes. To the point that their calling this the "bad ending" because Timmy is now in the position that his parents are, being neglectful towards his kids and hiring an abusive babysitter.
It's a cycle of abuse that is supposed to be a happy ending because growing up and forgetting about fairies is just a part of life. And trying to keep the fairies in the family meant they had to make his kids miserable
It's a happy ending in the sense that Timmy himself grew up to be happy, healthy and successful.
Which is better than most of his other futures: >Middle-Aged Timmy >Secret Wish and Josh Drake refusing to ever grow up so he doesn't lose his fairies >Josh Drake falling into a volcano and becoming a Fairy

Besides, it's not like Timmy's parents saying shit like "we regret having a kid" to him, Timmy seems to genuinely love his children.
The vicky robot in the future never made much sense to me either. Yes, it's shown that Timmy ultimately forgot his fairy adventures.... but why the frick would he forget Vicky? She's not at all entirely tied to the magic element of the show. In fact, she was his babysitter before he even met his fairies. He shouldn't have had his memory wiped of Vicky. I suppose if you really want to think that deeply about it, the ending does really fall apart, but that's anything with a show like this, it's not meant to be serious television. Nor was it intended to actually be a finale.
It is indeed a very Butch Hartmanian moment, where a tender and poignant moment somewhat unbecoming of the show is quickly undermined by some quip or gag. Again, Channel Chasers was never meant to be a finale, if it had, I'd have made that ending sequence a good minute or two longer, show Timmy going about his way to work and seeing other characters in the future too, the usual "final send off" credits thing like Hilda did.
I think it's implied that since Vicky was the reason Timmy was miserable enough to even need them. the change to his memories meant he forgot just how bad his own childhood was (as well as how good and magical)
Because otherwise what's the point of them? Give kids magic a few years and then erase it completely and make them suicidal maladjusted adults?
And with blurry childhood memories + becoming a stereotypical oblivious adult who doesn't understand his kids = he's become his parents and doesn't recognize the similarities
No. In fact there's no emotions at all, ironic or otherwise, invested in this. Like all to many online takes these days it's meant to be a "gotcha", an "own", perhaps even an "aw snap" moment if you will. It's flakey snarky nothing meant to be clever and cutting. b***h Fartman is disliked these days so after all the main guff, (and echoes of it, as reposting and stealing is the nature of internet wit,) people go out and grasp at straws for their own spicy witty scathing take on a matter. It'll either fall between the cracks after the undue attention it gets (including on here because OP is a wienersleeve) or it'll forever haunt the e-halls as a worthless moronic "haha gottem" post like that fricking image about nasa pens and pencils.
the message of the movie is that growing up isnt so bad so it shows timmy looking handsome and awesome with his life together, otherwise it would just backfire, its kinda obvious
>great cartoon finale to act as a send off to the series >it keeps continuing to make more money because brand
There's what Channel Chasers, SpongeBob the Movie, what else continues this terrible curse?
Reminder: Timmy once locked a girl in her own closet until she shat herself and they still got married (in the timeline as of "Channel Chasers," anyway).
>twitter screencap thread >the screencap is some dumb twittergay being mad at the design of timmy. And being obsessed with butch
Why are they so obsessed with him? Because he's conservative?
>timmy becomes a Cinemaphile functional adult in channel chasers >timmy becomes a manchild who manages to keep his fairies AND get laid in the live action movies >timmy keeps his fairies longer then he should but willingly gives them up when he goes to college in the live action show >timmy is working as an extra in his 40s in the cg show (ending could fit with all of the others except the movies)
Jesus how many endings does this twerp have?
Usually depends on context, but for the most part conservatism is only really noticed when it's in the way of wanted progress. An idealogy based on being in the way which is why it's synonymous with reactionary. Historically you'll always be on the wrong side because you're always seen as the person who didn't want what was eventually an accepted change, whereas any bad ideas shot down aren't seriously noted.
Nuclear families are usually disliked by progressives for being heteronormative, by other dissidents for being a weak family structure that ignores extended family and was shilled to sell houses.
also gosh darn, Butch was a looker back in the day.
Who are some other relatively attractive cartoonists/animators?, the only other one I can think of is Joe Murray as he looked back in the early 90s, as well as John Stanley.
seriously how do you attack Butch Hartman while looking for internet clout points at the height of the e-celeb hysteria and come out looking like an even bigger ass than him?
I never understood the end goal of knocking the nuclear family dynamic. The American dream? Capitalism as a whole? Sure, there's talking points there. But the nuclear family worked. It's essentially just an idealized team dynamic. If it's possible, why would you not want It? It comes off as people from broken families trying to spread their resentment. I'm from a broken family. I don't wish that shit on anyone.
Real talk. The implication at the end of Channel Chasers is that Timmy married Tooty right
I mean his daughter looks just like her
It was supposed to be ambiguous, but normies don't care, they just think it's Tootie since she actually played a role in the movie and her ship was markedly less terrible.

Yes, obviously. I never even realised anyone thought different until I saw the shipgays grasping for straws in these threads.
It's deliberately kept ambiguous who his wife is, because his daughter has traits from both Trixie and Tootie.
She doesn't

Twitter is actually mad over this?

same he's done a lot of stupid shit with his cartoons but animationgays are insane over him, which is kinda a plus given how fricking moronic they are

this is redditor/twittertard babytalk terminology
/co/'s funneh name for him was always butchbible
Less fun to say though, so I don't give a shit. b***h Fartman tickles me more since I picture it as a Death Stranding name.
>lol these dumb jock conservatives, looks don't matter!

I wouldn't say the Simpsons Movie was great but it was certainly better than the show was at the time.
The person who made that tweet is extremely schizophrenic why did that shit catch on?
>That text
Is this what brainrot looks like?
That's what happens when you get cum on your brain.
I at least get it at that point in the show. But by the later seasons, there's no way in hell he doesn't turn into the fat balding guy.
You can just smell the onions emanating from this post.
sounds like someone's got daddy issues

Why are they so obsessed with him? Because he's conservative?
That's been retconned sweaty.
Isn't it actually that he's a successful actor? And he's just playinh a bus driver?
Yes, though he's still an ugly actor like Danny Devito.
I hope he married Tootie before he got ugly.
I would be okay with that, plus it being that handsome Timmy is when he’s a young adult while fat Timmy is him when he’s middle aged.
As long as he's in a loveless marriage with Vicky, I don't care if he's a chad or chud.
You must have to have gotten molested by a priest and rabbi from every major religion in order to find this shit attractive in any way
Sounds like a lot of projecting you're doing there, anon.

What's wrong with conservatism and nuclear families?
it's not progressive and all inclusive

It's kind of weird
Nowadays Timmie would dress far more causal unless if he's a Lawyer or accountant
Someone post that picture of Hartman and Seth McFarlane from the Johnny Bravo days. Butch used to be buff.
is this it?
also gosh darn, Butch was a looker back in the day.
Who are some other relatively attractive cartoonists/animators?, the only other one I can think of is Joe Murray as he looked back in the early 90s, as well as John Stanley.
>back in the day
Still a looker even now. Grey DeLisle said she'd frick him.
Is this the perfect male face?
Also, Jim Steranko was a pretty good looking guy in his youth, but he gracefully aged into quite the Silver fox.
>Who are some other relatively attractive cartoonists/animators?
Don Martin
Um, excuse me, but you MUST make your avatar self-depreciating, you arrogant frick.
I'm going to punch Nico in the face.
seriously how do you attack Butch Hartman while looking for internet clout points at the height of the e-celeb hysteria and come out looking like an even bigger ass than him?
He looks like what lookmaxxers try to emulate
Cuphead (the game) animator that is literally named Chad.
>pic rel
Seriously, why do we need three active FOP threads?
what's wrong with nuclear families?
>it's wrong for boys to imagine themselves beinf an idealized version of a man when they grow up
Tiimmy, Tiimmy, Tiimmy Turner

Does being buff really invoke such a reaction from people?
Tumblr decided long ago that being physically fit was nazi behavior or something, to justify themselves being landwhales
>Cinemaphile - twitter
>he looks like a healthy adult male who takes care of himself
...oh no?
Really I just feel bad for them.
I don't get it, anon senpai?
He's clearly asserting that's the kind of person who writes such a comment, having issues with healthy males who value their families.
What's wrong with Sexy Timmy?
