What’s edgier is an entire corporation demanding the castration of children and mandatory molestation of children in public school by soliciting cosmetic genital mutilation to them. >that’s a good thing!
No, you’re an insane pedophile rapist.
The vent was always the plan - they were just hoping they'd get a lucky shot in. One of their pilots turning out to be force sensitive to the degree he could make it work was just serendipitous.
Was great to see Star Wars as a war movie, not a space cowboy fantasy adventure.
Like how the rebels were actually rebels, with a lot of them being criminals and their command being unable to take decisive action due to the many factions.
Aesthetics were generally good.
>aesthetics were good
Everyone wearing brown rags and every single place looking like the inside of the Death Star no matter where they were. Truly epic. No different from any given MCU/yidsney “film”
They're too caught up on the Skywalker story still. They need to jettison that shit as much as they can. Launch themselves forward like 30 years and get away from >but what is Luke or Luke's kids up to???
Complete dog shit. This was the movie that made me swear to never give Disney my money ever again, and to this day, I haven’t watched any new Star Wars. I feel more and more vindicated all the time. I will never watch it again, and I am ashamed to admit I spent my money to see this pile of garbage.
I tried some of the nu wars stuff but always turned it off 30m in. It's like nutrek spinoffs and hardly digestible. The writing and casting are all terrible. Rebel moon is another I tried this week. What a mess.
PROS! > Jyn was great & better than Rey. > Diversity is handled well and is not called attention to nor are the diverse characters unlikable spiteful c**ts like in Last Jedi, they are all endearing & likable. > Score is fricking beautiful. > Final battle is entirely great. > Ending from when the Destroyers crash into the Shield generator to the credits is magnificent. > Vader is a fricking beast during his final scene. > Cinematography and choreography are some of the absolute best of the entire series, massively better than Last fricking Jedi. Shots overlooking the planet towards the end are beautiful. > Gaylan's message to Jyn is emotionally effective. > Krennic is a good villain (but not great). Better than the First Order officers in TFA/TLJ.
SUBJECTIVE PROS or CONS! > CGI Tarkin / Leia (I like their inclusion and felt the cgi worked more than not) > Fan service (there is not even fricking close to being as much as haters claim, there is the cameo by the bar thugs, c3po/r2 and the Rebel pilots. That's basically it) > Seems long. > Jumping across locations in the first 3rd (I liked this)
CONS! > Cast is underdeveloped (I personally thought jyn was developed fine) > Mads is underused.
i've rewatched it more recently and its better than most of the star wars slop released but thats a very low bar. I just think it had too many characters who contributed little and died for no reason and if the re-writes/shoots were there to fix the story i cant imagine how fricking moronic it was before them. The space battle bit is fricking kino. Also too much fan service and memberberries that it didn't need. It could probably have half an hour trimmed off it and nobody would notice.
Still think it's great
Putrid Pedoisraelitesney garbage.
two trannies
me either and never will
I know it's tough losing especially after talking so much shit
Edgy post

I liked it then, I like it now. Simple as.
there should have been more shots of felicity's fat ass
still havent seen it
Shit
terrible concept that cheapens Luke's feat.
"oh yeah we planned for a one a billion force genius to shoot this target"
star wars is a goofy concept enough, without trash like this.
Best SW material since the OT.

Jyn should have been a nudist
Pointless. Only good thing they did was Death Troopers.
>But muh based Madds
Don't care. Also thanks to this shit heap we at least got Andor S01.
an absolutely pointless movie. They didn't need to explain the death star plans.
Just like the solo movie. Nobody cares about han's origin story.
lol it hasnt been 7 years frick you and the horse you rode in on
That was seven years ago? Jesus, the frick happened to my life. That feels like 2 years ago tops.
Fell asleep in the theatre frick the israelites.
nice capital J homosexual

Star Wars is done

Sex with Rogue One
Missed potential since Andor showed it could have been done so much better.
Rogue One was the test bed prototype for how Andor could be told. I doubt there'd have been an Andor greenlit if Rogue One had failed.

Everything on the beach planet was good, everything before that was really mediocre.
It's foreign trash.
Still mad that Iron Monkey didn't fight Darth Vader
My enthusiasm for it is the same as when it premiered!
Will enthusiasm for Rogue One remain stagnant?
Or will it grow as Andor continues to expand upon its backstory?

Same as day one ipman is the best character
Love it even more since Andor

Frick. I am old.

Very very disrespectful, but I'd expect nothing less from a rogue one
Haven't watched it. Is it good? I remember when it came out I put it on and fricked my gf at the time silly over the runtime.
God I miss those DDs.

Its the only good Disney Wars movie, the only one that was made with heart and is good enough to be canon.
I can only hope she'll be in andor season 2 in some way.
