I'd imagine she got trapped into whatever dimension she last visited after magic got erased. Which could mean she's fine since she's is in a habitable place/the mail station she works at or that she's thoroughly fricked since she's stuck with whoever she delivered a ransomgram and now is most likely completely unable to retrieve their precious friend/family.
magic came back at the end though, so presumably all the dimensions reconnected.
Anon the merging was the last bit of magic that the multiverse had. The whole series was literally a little blue imps elaborate suicide and he did the merge as a final thank you to Star and Marco for helping him kill himself.

She was shown teleporting before, but I don't know if that makes her magical or if she's just a monster that can use magic if it exists. Pony Head was fine and still shown to be floating around with sparkle trails after the magic purge, so the rules are probably w/e
