Over the course of the first five seasons, if you watch the episodes in order instead of skipping around, you'll notice she becomes less skeptical with time and by Season 5 is a believer in aliens and the supernatural. But then after the movie came out they reset her character to full-on skeptic and just ignored the last five seasons of character development.
Hard disagree. Her lapse back into what she knows, embracing comfortable denial and doubling down on her skepticism in the face of things she can't explain is probably the single most interesting and ingenious character moment in the entire show.

She doesn't lapse or double down though, at the beginning of Season 6 they just reset her character without any explanation whatsoever
They tipped their hand a bit too much in Beyond The Sea, but generally speaking it's quite a revelation that she believes what she believes because she wants to and not based on evidence like she claims. The show's central thesis is that the believer and the skeptic are both motivated by personal biases and that objective truth essentially doesn't exist in the human mind. It's fine to have a character regress if in doing so they peel back another layer and reveal something new about said character.
Besides, Biogenesis and The Sixth Extinction Part I take her back into full believer territory later that same season.

Krycek should have been killed off early on like the irrelevant goon he was. How he managed to slip away to russia and run a gulag was just moronic. Completely pointless to make him a main character. His arch was shit.
