What element would they be?
They bend the Godless witches.
The same 4 elements plus light bending.
Opium.
Thinskin
Ain't they cajun
Well Asian Avatar already used the classic Greek elements that's the European norm, so...
Good idea. Nobody's using wood.
Plantbending
Is "evil" an element?
Since Brits ruled the oceans, they should be waterbenders.
Celts could be Earth, Mediterraneans Fire and Nordics wind.
On the otherhand, just as Japan is a mirror to England in a lot of ways, the Fire Nation similarly parallels the British empire, so good chance they're Firebenders
>Japan is a mirror to England
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Tea drinking island who had a rather large colonial empire at one point who have weird fans abroad but also has a lot of other people who despise them? Who have a still existing monarchy? Who once overwhelmingly focused on their navy?
I still don't get why so many people seem to want to do this
They're braindead morons who an only imagine trite uninteresting things derived of what they already know.
Western fans can't relate to an Asian culture
Most people actually don't, but its still fun to imagine.
There are already redneck Americans, what more could you need
why would it need one? Avatar stood out because it was so different to everything else we'd seen at that point. We've seen a ton of works based in the land of Totally-Not-18th-Century-Europe. Besides, Korra introduced steampunk elements, which is the domain of the kind of thing you're talking about, so yeah, even less reason to introduce it.
Absolutely
It's a crime against nature that their world is inhabited by brown cuties but no white dick to feed them
I've always had the idea in my head that if white people existed in the Avatar world, they'd take the form of a lost utopian civilization like Atlantis, Hyperborea or the Dwemer from Elder Scrolls. Instead of being spiritual and harmonious like the Four Nations, they'd be materialistic and coldly pragmatic. Once they held an empire that had outposts and colonies across the world and had technologies that bordered on magic but have since fallen from grace and now only exist on a far off city on the sea.
white people can't have their own fantasy worlds now. never see clamors for "diversity" in other settings.
>Should Avatar had a Europe based continent?
It's called Xadia
