No because she-hulk isn’t supposed to be muscular, her height is more important. Even the CGI model they went with was too bulky.
They could’ve just hired a tall bombshell then used the old movie magic that makes Tom cruise and Robert Downey junior seem like they’re taller than their female leads

The difference is Lou Ferrigno only had to growl and roar. She-Hulk's supposed to be a normal chick with lots of overconfidence. Unless you can get a WWE diva who can act or deepfake whatshername's face onto a muscle girl, you're stuck with something shitty. And worse, most muscle girls who don't look like roided out monsters made out of veins are usually super tiny.
They could've hired a muscle girl and cgi her green and taller but not make her cgi model, look better than paint.
The big problem with CGI She-Hulk was the model assuming she had red blood.

No. Social climate aside, that shit is unacceptable to current day audiences. More can be done and they did it. They just didn't go far enough by not giving her bigger breasts and ass.

Although the live-action She-Hulk is a total dumpster fire and I know this post only exists for the sake of another trash muscle girl fetish thread, I've got to say "yes". She-Hulk is only 6'7", so finding woman tall enough to play her is hard, but not impossible if some basic camera tricks are used to make her look bigger. A muscle suit, body paint, dark green wig, colored contacts and if they really need to, CGI can be used to make her face look more like Jen or the opposite, depending who has more screen-time and better acting abilities.
All that would be wasted on the shit writing.
