They both suck hard it is odd that people like Walt but hate Skyler. Both are just so awful by season three.
The reason most people didn't like Skylar wasn't because of any moral reason or because they disagreed with her, it was because she "interrupted the fun parts". People wanted to see Walt and Jessie get up to wacky meth hijinks and any time she was on screen was time not spent on Walt and Jessie getting up to wacky meth hijinks.
