The people who moderate this website are literal discord trannies. They have a burning hatred for the userbase, their #1 desire is to completely and utterly destroy Cinemaphile but their handlers (FBI) don't allow it to go that far since they can at least somewhat control the discourse by concentrating it here.
I've talked to people about this and someone pointed out the real issue was Gumball's sense of humor kinda flanderized itself.
It initially used Gumball's own childish perspective to allow the satirical and more adult humor to hide in plain sight but as it went on, Gumball and Darwin became less naive and were actively interacting with that kind of stuff.
>Chowshit autist keeps sperging that his show will never be good as Gumball
Such a pathetic sight to see lol
yeah Ed, Edd, n Eddy was the best CN ever did but its not remotely like smiling friends
>Cartoons only good because of nostalgia

I think not knowing who he is hurt my enjoyment of the episode a little.
On the other hand when Perry Caravello showed up last season I had already seen Windy City Heat and I bust a gut.
It's mid 2000's-early 2010's millennial Internet culture without saying the new bad words basically. It's the kind of shit my friends would show me in highschool
I wouldn't say that but okay
the mix of different art and animation styles is what confirmed it for me
Its not the first show to do that
>Doesn't know Gumball was the first show to popularize it and made it the norm
Its not the first show to do it but it made everyone realize how mix media is good for animation
fair point
they deleted the other thread wtf it was about a tv show that just aired and what we thought of it

Jimble using the presidential alert to give a rambling ad was probably the best joke of the episode.
