DCEU is mostly dead. They are relying on Flash and Aquaman to keep it afloat, which isn't much. The reigns have really been handed over to JJ Abrams to run everything DC related over on HBOMax. Their next plan is to build up Constantine and Justice League Dark with JJ overseeing it all (although they are already fighting with him).
