Everything. Every single thing that took place in that courtroom and I mean everything says he’s guilty.

Everyone in that room is a israelite so of course they'd let the brown man off so he can continue his killing spree. Shalom!

he's definitely guilty, which is why this movie has lasting legacy. now black people have an appeal to emotion when they are arrested.

yeah, but you bought it afterwards
    >can you remember the name of the movie you saw 3 weeks ago? no? well.. same thing
no it isn't the same thing! the movie was the same night of the murder it wasn't a casual movie 3 weeks ago

the movie tackles racism and how some amongst them weren't fully white, therefore couldn't be trusted

    never seen it
havent even looked at the wikipedia article on it
im gonna guess the accused is a black man, and this movie was made to make whites feel ashamed about rushing to judgement or thinking all black males are guilty

his race is deliberately not specified. To imply non northern European whites should get special consideration becus whites are prejudice but maybe he should have just had a jury of the same race.

          >jury of the same race
wouyld this work or would each race(except whites) judge their peers not guilty?

they literally proved the kid was innocent. Did you even watch the movie?

try to imagine the same case with the same evidence but the kid is white and lives in a brownstone on the upper west side. He'd be sent to the hotseat.

In 100 years when jury nullification will basically be every case since every race will never vote to prosecute their own (except whites) people will look at this and think the movie was full of shit with how times used to be.

          >in 100 years everybody will be mixed race
I hope you realize in every culture from Africa to India to the Philippines there exist racial class divides and lighter skinned people are always seen as superior. This concept will never go away

I'm honestly surprised blacks get convicted of anything when there's a jury trial.

in 100 years everybody will be mixed race and this concept will make no sense anymore

        >he thinks China or India will be mixed
        You're a moron.

        >in 100 years everybody will be mixed race

SK and Japan too. The skin bleaching industry is massive in East Asia. Everyone likes light skin. This is what makes blacks seethe so much.

race is a direct product of inbreeding.(is true, google it)
we're no longer hillbillies trapped in the mountains. I can talk with people across the world with a device in my pocket.
is just pure logic, be bitter all you want it is unavoidable.
be a mountain inbreeding freak if you want your race to prevail

it's a terrible movie regardless of what people say. it's an okay story with good performances but there's nothing interesting visually about a bunch of people sitting in a room

NTA, but I liked it. It's way overrated, but interesting. I don't mind dialog heavy movies. Hell, I like Ascension, which is literally 3 women talking for 98% of the runtime while walking through a factory. Really cool premise though.

The story is absolute trash but the direction, cinematography and lighting was top tier so I like watching it just for that. You almost felt like you were with these guys in a prison. I wish they made unironic black and white movies again

Fun, interesting characters that they manage to establish within like 30 seconds of that person first talking. A lot of media where it feels like every character is a generic good guy with some goofy quirk could learn from it.

    >That scene where the old man starts shitting on beaners and the rest of the jury just ignores him.

What was the point of that ? Even the other guys who also disliked beaners broke character and joined in on shaming the old man.

Yes but everyone else just looked away and stood silent while he rambled on. It didnt feel natural for almost any of the characters there.

Guilty. The evidence against him was overwhelming and Fonda's lame attempts to poke holes in it would have been rejected by any non-midwit juror
