I also imagine him having 'secondary' powers, weaponizing his DNA through augments that were originally meant to help him survive various means of alien lovemaking, making him a Super Soldier in the process.
Gwen could honestly probably be inducted into Monsterfricking by the time Alien Force hits. She's a lot more practical than Ben, quicker on the uptake to figure out the Chaquetrix's true purpose, and judging by her Anodite heritage, her taste in men, and Sunny's choice in boyfriends, would have little problem with the exotic-ness in partners.
Plus I find the idea of Gwen being the inverse of Ben and leaping into the deviancy (with Ben being the positive, heroic influence in this scenario) a rather hilarious image.

Does the Chaquetrix have other functions like the show? Like the failsafe which saved Ben from the Annihilarrgh going off, does it protect Ben or the aliens?
If it protects Ben it could be a nice plot point in which he feels like the watch is "wasted" on him instead of on the girls and tries to somehow give it to them.
