So how do you feel about Superman and Lois having their version of Lex Luthor be this bearded kingpin who spent 17 years in prison played by Michael Cudlitz?
Sounded dumb as frick when I first heard but his performance is great and he feels both threatening and actually smart.
Cool to see an alternate take on Lex that isn’t lame

Also is it just a coincidence Titans also had their Lex be bearded too?
Wasn’t nearly as cool a performance but his motives were cool and made sense. He made Superboy to inherit Lexcorp and carry on his legacy, to become superman. Merge super with man
Tomar, that's you.
They overdid it with him taking over the prison. It came off too tryhard when the show was building him up already. I liked the scene where he confronted Lois and Clark in their home, though.
I liked it. This show has always been a little campy so this felt like a campfire version of that episode of Daredevil where Kingpin became the top dog in prison
Good detail how he kept the guys who beat him up as his personal servants. Only noticed because the guy who had his teeth knocked out was the one bringing him dinner lol
He literally walked his ass right up to their front porch and demanded his pound of flesh. Say what you will, this Luthor has got a pair of stones on him.
I enjoyed his performance. There wasn't a thread for S&L this week right? Must have missed it.
No, there wasn't.
He did pretty damn good, I like the take.
This show has some issues but still pretty damn solid.
I'd say it was worth trading the other regulars for this Lex as a reg in S4.
I haven’t watched this since season 1...
I thought Jon Cryer was this versions Lex because supergirl was canon?
How exactly did Lois get Lex Luthor wrongfully convicted of something for 17 years? What was he charged with? Why did she help him get released?
S&L no longer canon to Arrowverse and Lex was blamed for murders he didn't do and Lois thought he did because they faked his voice.
During the last crossover event, they restored the multiverse. S&L takes place in one of the other multiverses. Kara, Barry, Oliver, Jefferson, Courtney, the Titans, etc. either don't exist in this universe, or aren't supers.
He 100% knows Clark is superman, doesn’t he?
I feel like he would've been just as confrontative to Clark if he did. They might do the thing where he can't picture some random dork being Superman .
This Lex seems pretty smart. Even if he knows he’s superman then surely he’d know that Clark wouldn’t risk “revealing” his identity by beating him up for some justifiably angry words to his wife.
I wonder if he will go on some PR blitz against superman and Lois or just build a suit to frick up superman. That suit John Henry Irons used in season 1 was built by the Lex of another world IIRC so this Lex should be able to build something similar. Hell he might just steal it since the AI might think it’s the same lex
Don't forget they've been baiting Biz for weeks now.
Watch that get resolved in under 10 minutes.
Hopefully it’s not too moronic and is an actual smart Lex Luthor plan. Right now Bizarro seems to basically be a walking corpse without any mind unlike before
Maybe Lex can pretty him up, use some tech to pilot him like a robot and frame superman
If superman comes to stop him. Lure superman into a trap room of red sun lamps. Then a kino scene of Lex giving a prison beat down to superman
I honestly thought they were gonna do a "STOP MY INVINCIBLE GRANDSON" scene kek.
>kept Lex ginger
I’m thinking kino
