1. Mystique's wedding photographer has a modern camera
2. Mystique is wearing a modern style of dress.
3. It's five years before she meets Rogue, who is a small child at the time. Rogue was born in the late 20th century.
4. Destiny is sipping from a modern plastic cup.
This would indicate a late 20th century time frame. Going with the sliding time scale this would put Nightcrawler's birth some time in the early 80s, and he would be around 40 now.
Irene was born at the latest in the early 1900s. She should be in her 80s when Kurt is born and potentially nearing 100 during her encounters with the X-men in their early days. This was supported on page back in the 90s with Destiny always presented as a frail old woman when her mask was off.
So there's some explanation that is going to be needed here.
It's worse. Destiny is explicitly depicted to be an adult in late 1800s London in the recent and still very relevant Immortal X-men series. So this is 100% a plot hole unless there is an explanation for why she is youthful here and able to carry a pregnancy to term. And the becomes old again in a couple of decades when she dies on Muir Island.
