My favourites are brainiac 5, chameleon boy, and shrinking violet. As for one with a unique power I think you'd be hard pressed to find a character in comics who doesn't share a power with anyone else outside of really niche or complex examples, maybe ultra boy would count since he has multiple powers but can only use one at a time, but that's more of a gimmick than a unique power.

There's that one hero who has the power to glue people's balls to their butthole with his mind. What was his name again? Pretty niche superpower but whenever there is a good writer for Legion of Super Heroes, he always makes it work for the story.

I like that they exist and I like when characters I'm already following visit them or are visited by them. But I don't know how long I could follow their pure stories in future town.
I love the Legion but COIE permanently ruined the book, just like it did every other title at DC.

Ream 'em later. It really put DC's post-COIE problems into perspective. They junked the best timelines for nothing. There isn't one good post-COIE story that couldn't have been told on Earth One or Earth Two.
