So did people ACTUALLY think the writers were going to pair Katara with Zuko? Cause it seemed pretty obvious to me that the writers set Aang and Katara up since the first season as well as the fact that Zutara would basically come out of left field with how little time there was to actually set it up by the time Zuko joined the g(a)ang.
It seemed pretty far-fetched, but it didn't help that the writers started baiting Zutara right through the finale. Also they included a totally botched "Aang you must let go of Katara to master the Avatar State, no wait you just need a rock poking your back" thing.

I don't even remember Korrasami being teased at all but even then as a teenager when it was airing I thought Korra only writing to Asami while she was isolated felt off
