So what do you think is gonna replace chicken pox episodes in cartoons now that's it's had a 95% decrease thanks to vaccination?
Literally nobody I knew growing up had it

Trumpism.
>replace
Literally why would that be necessary?
Isn't it obvious their gonna use Corona
>chicken pox
you will have chicken pox somehow anon, that0s a part of life
the flu
any kind really, since all the major pandemics including the most recent one, were all flu-type sicknesses
Covid?
nothing because diseases are coming back because of vaxless morons
You can vaccinate every human on the planet and viruses will just evolve past them, that's how basic biology works fauci.
Then you just design new vaccines to treat new illnesses as they come. This is how medicine works, moron.
Yeah, that's why everyone has Omega-variant Polio now
vaxx status?
People do still get chicken pox particularly if they are 12+ which is when the single jab vaccines can start start wearing off if they never got boosters or a newer strain is incubating.
But it’s not as virulent or sickness inducing now.
it's pretty obvious how stupid this bait is, i thought Cinemaphile was better than to respond to shit like this..
If you haven’t gotten the chicken pox as a child, then you’re fricked if you get it as an adult.
Monkeypox
lel that'd be interesting to see in a kid's cartoon
You mean that dead /misc/ meme?
meme?
Gay men are the only human demographic with a monkeypox R0 above 1. This led to assorted memeing, especially given the sensationalistic reporting.
replaced with generic sick/cold episodes but there's some moron with a red hat who doesn't believe in doctors.
maybe pink eye? It doesn't make you feel as sick but it's still a very obvious visual symptom
Gender dysphoria
You're likely fishing for "covid" but the answer is nothing. Chicken pox isn't replaceable by any given sickness, it was a standout condition with iconic symptoms and even a bit of a culture to it. People would have chicken pox parties, the idea being you get it once and get over it forever. People don't do shit like that with the flu or anything.
>the idea being you get it once and get over it forever.
It's not just that. Generally, the younger you get it, the less severe it is.
Strep? It’s extremely painful, due to testing and antibiotic mandates in many places you can’t get drugs easily, and in young kids it can easily become Scarlett Fever
Strep is one of the worst treatable diseases out there. Your day can go from great to hell on earth in a few hours.
Syphilis is making a comeback among poor folks. Maybe that.
Or scarlet fever. Break out your velveteen rabbits!
the "WE WERE ABLE TO ERADICATE THIS DISEASE THANKS TO VACCINES BECAUSE VACCINES MAKE OUR FUNNY LITTLE WHITE BLOOD CELLS ANGRY AT GOOD BOYS IN VIRUS DISGUISES JUST LIKE THAT LITTLE INFORMATIVE TOON I WATCHED IN SCHOOL!" people are the definition of pop science morons who don't understand how vaccines work, don't understand how viruses work, and specifically don't understand how the 'rona virus and the COVID19 vaccines worked differently than others
I always felt weird that I didn't get chicken pox despite all the cartoons about it. I unironically thought it was some American thing.
