So who's next? Could Thor or Daredevil perhaps get their own AAA games? Will the other studios on this list be as successful as Insomniac's Spider-Man and Wolverine?

>Spider-Man 2
>shoehorn in Miles
Every time. Why couldn't it have been Cindy? Or hell, even Gwen
Spider-Man 2 makes me scared of how they're gonna frick up Wolverine.
Just make the Wolverine game similar to the Yakuza games. Nigh-impossible to frick it up unless the developers were being moronic.
The game's going to be a fake-out and X-23 is going to be the main character for 3/4th of the game, pulling the same shit of her going by Wolveriine instead of her own super name.
Cindy is already coming
If you're going to complain about a female sidekick in a Wolverine story, you clearly don't know Wolverine.
They introduced Peter Parker so they could replace him with a more "deserving" minority character, and they're going to do the same thing with Wolverine (either his son who's a hapa or his clone daughter, either way it's a diversity upgrade that no-one actually wants).
Miles Morales already had his own game and it sold like piss. Spider-Man 2 was not an obvious bait and switch because "you play as both" but the story is ultimately about Peter getting replaced by his diversity sidekick, and the gameplay is basically not canon so Miles always swings in to get the finishing blow on all of the boss battles that Peter fights to emphasize how much more he deserves to be Spider-Man than Peter.
And case in point: the box for Spider-Man 2 shows Miles in the "miles" version of the basic Spider-Man costume. They wouldn't dare put his main costume from the game on the box because people would realize what a pandering soup sandwich the game itself is. His mask is a tube so that his dreads can bounce around as proof of his basketball american heritage, and he wears fricking nikes as part of his costume. He looks like a nightmare designed by a bunch of theater kids, and that basically sums up the entire story of Spider-Man 2.
These same people are in charge of Wolverine so hopefully you understand why I am not giving them the benefit of the doubt. And I've barely scratched the surface of everything that's wrong with Spider-Man 2.
Not every goddamn thread needs to be your schizo woke ranting. There's like 5 threads up like that already. Frick off

oh man, the irony is off the charts
Anything else?
Go change your smoke alarm.
No one gives a shit
You failed the "don't get mad" test.
Good post and excellent points.
>Checks thread counter
Is that all?
Really? Well that's technically right I suppose. Interesting. Wonder who's still over at Monolith?
You still got The Wrecking Crew
>You still got The Wrecking Crew
Yeah, but they tend to be the exception rather than the rule. If people want to see a game where Thor can actually cut loose, it needs to be taken off of Earth.
Is it? TECHNICALLY The Wrecking Crew are demigods blessed by Asgardian magic. Regardless they'd be great for a Midgard level
Playable Midgard sections should be rare, like when Thor has to interact with guys like Cap or possibly Jane, and even then, it should be restricted to guys like the Wrecking Crew or any other similar Earth-based threats that can give him a good fight.
Speaking of Jane, given what we've seen of Insomniac's Spider-Man, keep that shit cutscene-exclusive.
You still need a Midgard level. It is the realm where he found humility, and has become his second home. We don't need to meet other Avengers, Spider-Man didn't need to do that. We should have tender moments where Thor is friendly interacting with mortals, and reminded what he is fighting for. Even better to see an angry Thor address invaders, be they alien or magical, stating they are not welcome on Midgard
>We don't need to meet other Avengers
He doesn't *need* to, and I'd greatly prefer if he's faffing around with his friends in Muspelheim or Nibelheim rather than Midgard, but the Avengers are the primary group he touches base with on Earth, and Steve is one of the very few mortals he has an unmatched level of respect and deference for, which can also serve as a point of his humility.
>Spider-Man didn't need to do that.
Spider-Man has a supporting cast bigger than most characters, so he never needed to. Thor has much deeper ties to the team than Spider-Man.
I just think we can mess around on Midgard without touching on other Avengers. There's no real reason to, and it detracts from the story focus. Thor is perfectly capable of having meaningful moments with random mortals. He has for years.
Being around on Midgard for an extended period of time would detract from the experience anyways. Thor feels too limited on Earth, and most instances where he has to deal with an Earthly threat, he feels unreasonably constrained, because you know that he has to cherry tap things to not cause too much damage to the planet. He has his own family and friends on Asgard which would serve as the primary focus on any kind of social interactions anyways.
If you're going to make a game around him, players need to feel powerful and otherworldly as he should be, not arbitrarily constrained, and considering he has multiple playgrounds where he can do that, he should be playing around on those, with Earth primarily being a brief sideshow.
Again, a SEQUENCE or level, not the entire game. We have 9 damn realms to explore. There's nothing wrong with having a chapter where Thor creates rain for a struggling farmer, or takes on The Wrecking Crew harassing a town while he tries to find clues to some other realm threat
This series turned out to be such a Trojan horse
You can't argue with the facts.
The man is right.
>sidekick
she or some other woke revision of a female mutant is going to beat up and rescue wolverine in every cutscene just like peter was rescued or beaten up by miles and mj
I'd be happy with Laura being in that game.
This
Unironically a game where Wolverine teams up with Laura, Gabby and Daken throw Kitty in there for a cameo
Frick that. Kitty, Jubilee, and Armor are all better choices. Use the girls people actually care about with unique power sets instead of his literal clones.
Why is Daken so large? Neither of his parents are tall
I hate super families so much
You'd have thought comic book people would've grown out of them in the 60s, but apparently not
It was always a DC thing but then that shit bled into Marvel and ultimately ruined their biggest characters.
Having Kitty/Jubilee/Laura/Whoever isn't the issue, it's how they'll inevitably be written
Kitty was always insufferable. Even before the modern era.
I liked her in Excalibur
She was a b***h there too.

Wow.
Its safer to have a black man than a white woman as protagonist because its much more socially acceptable to be sexist than racist.
Maybe because he was already a major character with a full origin story featured in the first game five years ago and Cindy wasn't? Maybe because Gwen is fricking dead and needs multiverse shenanigans to be involved.
Yeah he shouldn't have been in that game either.
Iron Man has potential, same developers as the Dead Space remake
Thor for sure could get his own AAA game, he's a popular character and he has tons of stories, lore, locations, characters and costumes to work off of.
Daredevil I'm not so sure, he's popular but not that popular, his blindness would be hard to depict mechanically outside of just making the whole game Batman: Arkham's detective mode, and nothing about the character and his supporting cast really contributes anything gamers would like.
Doctor Strange could be cool to see get his own game, make it an origin story RPG where you unlock spells as you learn them and fight demons and other supernatural creatures in other dimensions.
I also demand a Marvel fighting game, I don't care if it's without Capcom, if anything no Capcom means more room for Marvel characters on the roster. Hell, I'd even take a Smash Bros style game.
>Thor for sure could get his own AAA game, he's a popular character and he has tons of stories, lore, locations, characters and costumes to work off of.
The only problems a Thor game faces are A) Being compared to God of War and B) balancing between mystical and cosmic.
>Daredevil I'm not so sure, he's popular but not that popular, his blindness would be hard to depict mechanically outside of just making the whole game Batman: Arkham's detective mode, and nothing about the character and his supporting cast really contributes anything gamers would like.
People like Daredevil. He had a popular Netflix series, basically moody Spider-Man, and his powers don't need to be a visual cue 24/7
>A) Being compared to God of War
Who cares, especially since Marvel's Thor is far older than God of War.
>and B) balancing between mystical and cosmic.
I fail to see the problem here. Why balance anything? Just have the whole game be set in Asgard and its associated realms, no need for cosmic, although it could be used in a sequel.
>Who cares
It's a natural comparison to make. Just saying. The key is fleshing out the Marvel Thor world, and doing interesting mechanics
>Why balance anything? Just have the whole game be set in Asgard and its associated realms, no need for cosmic, although it could be used in a sequel.
Do you know ANYTHING about Thor? It's equal parts magic, other half space. Fricking Beta Ray Bill is a prime example
>I fail to see the problem here. Why balance anything? Just have the whole game be set in Asgard and its associated realms, no need for cosmic, although it could be used in a sequel.
That's how I think it should be, or else we'll get the same level of naysaying about how Thor is too OP for an earthly setting.
>his blindness would be hard to depict mechanically outside of just making the whole game Batman: Arkham's detective mode,
I think a good way to do it would be to present the entire game normally but with certain enemies or details that are fricked up. Like say you're running across roof-tops and near an area with construction, you start getting visual noise and glitches, and certain enemy attacks can cause the same problems, like noise makers and chaff grenades. Billboards and posters are blank unless you're playing as someone else. You've got occasional enemies like Hand Ninjas that are able to move without making noise and frick up your senses, so you have to use the pseudo detective vision to focus and look for traces of their movements.
Otherwise though it's just a Spider-Man style beat-em-up. It doesn't really have to be anything more than that as long as it's fun.
>That one DD mission of MUA where it's all in pitch blackness
>Beating the game unlocks Man Without Fear difficulty
>Entire game is reduced to pitch-blackness with shifty wireframes and after images to simulate radar vision
You know what they should do? Have books and billboards jumbled letters, but when running his hand over it, he can feel the subtle paint/ink differences and can later read the sign. Matt can do that you know
>is utterly fricked when dealing with anything with a touchscreen, or a screen displaying digital information in general
Funny you bring this up, because last issue of Daredevil shows how Matt struggles with a non disabled setup smartphone. He was trying to get information from a thug, and had to use his hearing to pick up the subtle tones when hitting icons until trial and error finally got him to voice messages
For as much as people go on about his blindness not being much of a handicap because of his other super senses, it's still very much a handicap, especially in a digital environment where an answer can be right in front of him on a screen and he'd never be able to figure it out.
I think it would make for a fun gag to have a billboard across from Nelson & Murdock that he can't read. At some point you play as Foggy or Elektra and can read it properly, and it's an ad for vision testing.
Man I really want a Daredevil game. Hell I'd take a Daredevil segment in a Spider-Man game
I’d have Daredevils normal vision be kind of like Mirrors Edge, where everything is in single block colours to show how he sees stuff, and make it easier for players to see what they can interact with and climb
Maybe world is grey. Places he can climb are yellow. Enemies are red. Noise is like waves pulsating out of where ever something important is happening.
Then when you’re in combat you can enter a kind of bullet time occasionally where everything is hyper focused on the local combat. Everyone looks like sound. You perform moves and see the sound bouncing off them as you hit them and they hit the floor etc
This except I'd want the world red tinted if I didn't know that'd inevitably frick up color-coding things
Also wonder if Matt would get by with a pass in the modern gaming landscape thanks to being disabled despite being a catholic white guy
Daredevil is cool the problem is that he is just kind of a gimped Spider-Man, with the state of current AAA games it would feel like that too
considering their work on the norse saga someone here thinks santamonica would be given the license?
Black Panther is being made by the same guys who did Shadows of Mordor.
So expect a third person action adventure with stealth sections and a storyline that gives the illusion of choice. Maybe some unique gameplay concepts like the nemesis system.
Should be fun.
>Black Panther is being made by the same guys who did Shadows of Mordor.
That's inaccurate. You're thinking of the Wonder Woman game coming out TBA from WB Games. Black Panther is being made by a studio called Cliffhanger
Cliffhanger is a new studio headed up by a guy from Monolith who worked on Shadows of Mordor. He brought guys from Monolith with him. He Where is the inaccuracy?
considering how woke spider-man was i don‘t want to play any new games

We're talking about Marvel games. If WB can get their shit together, and make Wonder Woman okay, then we'll talk. We all know Suicide Squad is dead in the water
Gib Ant-Man game
>clenches anus
NO! THEY HOLD THE ADVANTAGE!
The Spy who Shrunk Me is basically an Ant Man game, but bad.
all of these sound good, an iron man game could be similar to spider-man and black panther could be interesting in its own way
although i think wolverine should be realistic and have some sort of gta 5 feeling to it, and captain america with black panther sounds like an odd combination especially for a world war 2 setting, but if they can make the storyline make sense then the gameplay shouldnt be hard to make enjoyable
>and captain america with black panther sounds like an odd combination especially for a world war 2 setting
Where do you think Cap got the vibranium? There's been a lineage of Black Panthers too
fair enough but black panther would probably be less advanced and be more like the modern one's grandfather or something
no i've just never recalled wakandans being alongside steve in ww2 much less t'challa, i wasnt thinking of this at all on a political scale and was more thinking about the characters red skull
>fair enough but black panther would probably be less advanced and be more like the modern one's grandfather or something
That's how they were depicted in the past, advanced in that access to vibranium could serve as an equalizer to more modern arms, but not having a space empire advanced like they are nowadays, which is utterly stupid.
>no i've just never recalled wakandans being alongside steve in ww2 much less t'challa, i wasnt thinking of this at all on a political scale and was more thinking about the characters red skull
Fair enough, I thought it was Spider-Man 2 spillover.
>and captain america with black panther sounds like an odd combination especially for a world war 2 setting
Are you finding something, anything to complain about being "woke?" Both Steve and Azzuri fought together in WW2 against the Nazis when they tried to steal vibranium from Wakanda.
Would love a Thor game. I'd also like a Cap America game but not paired with Black Panther. That's just a recipe for more "progressive" bullshit. Hopefully Wolverine is fun. I haven't played the Spider Man games but the combat looks decent.
I want a good Fantastic Four game. Maybe something like the legends games with optional coop.
I just want a good game. I just want good comics, movies and cartoons. I want to not hate everything I loved.
When's Carol's game
Man, the Binary outfit was breasts
Yeah it's great
Is there a Marvel Heroes private server?
sort of, it's just been set up and you can only do the most basic stuff in it like choose character/costume, explore and fight the target dummies. No enemies are in it yet but it'll come soon I'm sure. Even though there's nothing really to do I'm enjoying going around exploring the places again
well it's something to keep an eye on. I'd really love to be able to play it again.
There is something neat about the red part being clothes, but they have the same colors as her "flame on" face, so she might as well be naked.
Its oddly sexual.
>Its oddly sexual.
that's just normal clothes for Carol, she's a hoe
She kind of look like Power Girl, except with a tummy window instead of a boob window and a scarf instead of a cape.
Quit being weird
Heroes for Hire seems like an obvious contender and a fun premise
Please no Jessica Jones though
>Jessica Jones

I think it's obvious Dr Doom is gonna be in the Black Panther games, I wish F4 lore got more love, but like proper love
>but like proper love
The first family has so much potential for everything but they never catch a break
If he is I hope he's the final boss or rather, one of those missions that are always popping up throughout the game where you have to kill a doombot
I’m sad that the SE Guardians of the Galaxy game bombed due to Avengers being shit cuz I really enjoyed that and would a loved a sequel
A sequel would be great. Keep the tone and writers, but allows them to improve on the gameplay

RORSCHACH GAME
I still enjoy this movie tie in they made where you play as Rorschach and Nite Owl back in the good old days. Even has lore stuff like who and what happened to twilight lady (two different endings that both work with current canon)
Give me Thor from the Hulk Ultimate Destruction vein.
Assuming the Black Panther+Captain America game from that new studio turns out to be good, they should make a solo Captain America game.
Would you want it set in modern day or WWII? I suppose you could have it set in modern day, with a chapter set back in the 40s. Teaming up or even playing as Falcon could be fun, and the aesthetics in the environment should invoke Wolfenstein
NTA but if BP+CA is set in WWII, the other games should all be current day.
>Would you want it set in modern day or WWII?
Modern day with some flashbacka to his days fighting alongside the Howling Commandos and Bucky.
>Teaming up or even playing as Falcon could be fun
Would rather he be a team up character that supports Steve with gameplay mechanics than playable, but if they make him playable, actually make his sequences fun and lend well to his abilities.
>and the aesthetics in the environment should invoke Wolfenstein
That's what Captain America: Super Soldier did well, dieselpunk super science Nazi/Hydra tech. I hope the upcoming game plays with things like that.
>but if they make him playable, actually make his sequences fun and lend well to his abilities.
I don't see why they couldn't. He flies, he has his own skills, could be fun
I just want an x-men version of this. It was far better than I thought it was going to be and having all x-men set around the x-mansion doing x-shit would be x-tremely kino
>finally getting a new Iron Man game since 2008

nothing good ever happens.
It’s done by Motive, the guys who did the Dead Space remake. Isn’t that good?
What are the "must haves' for a Daredevil game?
a fat ass
Ace Attorney style side missions with super lawyer shenanigans.
Lawyer side missions with stuff unrelated to the main plot would be best rather than trying to have big plot heavy impact cases. They would be similar to Spider-Man's FNSM app, where Matt could be really in touch with the community
>internal clock
>court cases pile up if you ignore them
yes
Let me think of an example
>Tenant is being sued by landlord for a fire, claiming it was their fault the apartment burned down
>Daredevil decides to scope out the place
>His senses uncover faulty wiring, and stumbles across shady shit the landlord was doing
>Calls Foggy to request certain police reports, and with police contacts points the authorities to look a little deeper
>Courtroom outcomes all result in the tenant being found not guilty, but depending on how much evidence you find it means more questions are available in court, and could determine if charges could be filed against the landlord
X-Men CRPG with branching decision-based storylines that encourage multiple playthroughs.
BG3 reskinned with X-Men, minus the loot and gear mechanics, with character upgrades tied to basic leveling and story events.
Play as different characters, get different perspectives on the game. Pick from a handful of well-known X-Men or create your own mutant.
>So who's next?

MARVEL HEROES PLEASE

Forgot to add my text. Was too excited to post but yeah the servers are back bros. Right now you can play as all characters, use all costumes, use powers in the training room and fly/fast travel around maps. Theres no enemies right now but the nerds working on bringing it back hope to get it done soon. We might get another city of heroes here where we can get all sorts of cool shit done on private servers.
>MARVEL HEROES PLEASE
I miss it
wait what?
A Daredevil game should be set in San Francisco. The Miles and Peter Spiderman games have New York more than covered and it would give Daredevil a unique location that we haven't seen in a big AAA game since Watch Dogs 2.
You could even have court cases ala Phoenix Wright along with 3rd person action.
>A Daredevil game should be set in San Francisco.
Are you fricking moronic?
>The Miles and Peter Spiderman games have New York more than covered and it would give Daredevil a unique location that we haven't seen
Nobody cares. In fact traversal, tone, and weather would say a lot more here than in Spider-Man
They want to use the Waid run. It's not that weird.
The alternative is to hyperfocus on midtown and lower Manhattan. Reuse the same base maps from the Spider-Man games but really make it come alive. Hells Kitchen should feel culturally distinct from FiDi or the Village.Little things, like pedestrians should start talking in different languages depending on where you are in the map.
I just want an updated version of this. I just got done replaying this and it still holds up for the most part, I'd just love to see the destruction Hulk does rendered with a modern engine. See chunks taken out of buildings, dents in mech enemies, buildings collapse with more realistic rubble.
I'd like to see some Immortal Hulk horror in it. Perhaps a touch of Resident Evil visual flair?
The first is still leaning more towards Captain America given the setting/context. No idea how the modern day solo game will even work
>Two Black Panther games
When is Disney gonna realise that Black Panther was only popular because of Chadwick Boseman and let the character fall back into his rightful C-list tier?
>When is Disney gonna realise that Black Panther was only popular because of Chadwick Boseman and let the character fall back into his rightful C-list tier?
I would rather have Black Panter promoted than fricking Miles Morales
>I would rather have Black Panter promoted than fricking Miles Morales
You definitely have a point there.
>Are they still Z-listers because they weren't plastered on every comic cover like Wolverine was back in the 90s?
Yes. Nah, I joke, the movies have bumped them to c-list, because normies actually know their names now.
>C-list
>lists meaning anything anymore
The three Guardians of the Galaxy movies, despite the shitshow going on at Disney/Marvel Entertainment, have been consistently very successful. Are they still Z-listers because they weren't plastered on every comic cover like Wolverine was back in the 90s?
That Cap Panther game is probably dead
What makes you say that?
Do you guys think that superhero games as a genre will ever find a way to move on from just copying the Arkham series?
I mean looking at that list in the OP, I can safely assume that each one will just be yet another rehash of the Arkham games and their gameplay, with the exception of Iron Man and maybe Wolverine.
The best superhero game ever made
is a tactical card game so yes.
Depends on the game. Action games will likely follow the route of Arkham but midnight suns/marvel heroes/marvel ultimate alliance shows that there are different ways to make these games
Batman didn't invent 3rd person action combat, so stop giving it that kind of credit
but every developer after took the bamham formula and ran with it
No.
>mordor
>assassin's creed
>spider-man
>gow
probably wolverine & WW as well
What "formula"? Also if you're talking about freeflow combat, they stole that from the Captain America movie game
I never said it invented that style of combat. But it's pretty obvious that most every superhero game since has very clearly taken cues from the Arkham games, not just in the combat but in things like the prevalence of detective mode and countless collectable trophies
Arkham Asylum came out before that Captain America tie-in
>prevalence of detective mode
Spider-Man doesn't have that....
>countless collectable trophies
Welcome to every game ever, anon. You're stretching
Batman didn't invent that style of game
rocksteady perfected it & everyone copied them
They didn't do shit, and now you're moving goalposts. They did mechanics/gimmicks that have been around forever competently, only used them with the Batman IP while backed with a budget to create a Batman experience people responded to. And even then, the Arkham trilogy as a whole still has its flaws.
>people complaining about an event tied to the history of Captain America that happened decades ago and actually lends well to both Captain America and Black Panther's character
>all because they're ass ravaged over Miles being in the Spider-Man games
Dislike Miles all you want, I do, but for more substantive reasons than yours I'm sure, just don't carry your moronic shitposting to other properties, too.
What comes next?
>Spider-man 2
Ruined by Miles and all the other pozzed shit
>Wolverine
Cool but will be ruined too.
>Iron Man
This would be based as hell if it came out like a decade ago. Now it's doomed to just be a cinematic schlock with woke pandering to go along.
>Captain America & Black Panther
Why not just make a Captain America game? Why shoehorn Black Panther when you got a game for him coming out already?
>Black Panther
See above.
>Why not just make a Captain America game?
Who says they can't make one in the near future? If the game is actually good and successful, they'd probably be a lot more receptive for calls for a solo Captain America game.
>Why shoehorn Black Panther when you got a game for him coming out already?
It would only count as a shoehorn if a character were suddenly there out of the blue for no discernible reason other than just being there, but both characters have been connected for decades, literally crossing generations.
>It would only count as a shoehorn if a character were suddenly there out of the blue for no discernible reason other than just being there, but both characters have been connected for decades, literally crossing generations.
It's shoehorning because it's clear this was a Cap game that they decided to include Black Panther with because a Cap game alone would be controversial.
>a Cap game alone would be controversial.
What the hell are you talking about? Was the Captain America movie-based game controversial and I missed that or something? Are you off your meds?
I feel like I just stepped back into late 2008 Cinemaphile when you had anons insisting a Captain America movie would be too controversial, bomb, and kill any chance of the Avengers actually happening.
I'm not the one who needs meds with how moronic you are for not seeing why a white guy named Captain America getting a game for world wide consumption wouldn't be controversial.
I really don't see the issue. It would be far less jingoistic than most modern FPS games and based on a long established AND SUCCESSFUL IP. You're jumping at shadows. Stop looking for enemies before you even have them.
Evans Cap was only behind RDJ Iron Man as the second most popular Avenger. His motif has been copied with the namesake and insignia of other countries, I see his shield all over the damn place. Despite his namesake, it can't be denied that he still had international appeal.
You're moronic, my dude.
Didn't your posts get deleted already?
>size discrepancy

Do you understand jokes?
I feel like a Insomniac Venom game is on the horizon
>Piece of the symbiote Kraven cut off in Times Square is still around
>Finds Eddie Brock
>Carnage is the antagonist
Insomniac Morbius game when?
is the antagonist
Isn't Carnage going to be the villain in the Spider-Man 2 DLC? They'll probably make the spin-off about Knull seeing as they had his imagery in the climax of the game.
Actually shocked it took this long to do a proper Iron Man game. What suits are you wearing, Cinemaphile? Should the Hulkbuster be a level, or a power up? Also semi-related but no one talks about the Thorbuster like they should
>wear Hulkbuster and Thorbuster
>they're more of a joke item than an upgrade
It would be accurate.
Didn't the Thorbuster actually do okay, or at least better than the Hulkbuster? It was powered by Uru, or some other magical artifact, gifted to Tony by Thor himself
Better joke would be
>"At least you're not making a "[Villain]buster" armor after Thorbuster and Phoenixbuster."
>Tony throws a tablet out of the room when Pepper/Rhodey/Happy's back is turned
>"...yeah. Those never work. You may as well just combine all of those old ideas together."
>Tony pauses considering it and then shakes his head.
This might sound stupid but I want there to be buster armors for all the major heroes
>Ghost Rider-Buster
>Spider-Buster
>Fantastic Four-Buster
No, your idea is solid and you're a man of culture. Because now I just picture a heist story looking for the rumored "Buster Vault" where Stark has a Buster for "everyone." Stark jokes about it in media. Fodder for talk shows. Heroes and villains gossip to each other about it. But then a ragtag team is brought together because it's real and they're hired to steal the Stark Buster. But they're warned not to mess with any of the others because of how weirdly attuned they are:
>Strange-Buster even being opened alerts current and former Sorcerer Supremes and launches an astral conference room to discuss the transgressions of Strange and why Stark has initiated the suit
>Spider-Buster can only turn off after a 45-minute soliloquy from Spider-Man is played about the importance of power and responsibility and if he has truly lost that then Stark should stop him...but first answer the captcha and input his name since they did so with each other circa Civil War.
>Stilt-Buster is kept under the highest security
Black Cat has stolen from Stark Industries before, even used Tony's own forge to create the Iron Cat armor (which was later stolen from her).
Really a concept COULD work, but not for laughs. Way I see it? Stark does it just to get the thought out of his head, a creative ritual to manifest a tool he doesn't want to use (even if they don't work). Imagine a hall of armors, representing failures not just because they're worthless but seen as such because he built them to begin with. We all know if Tony really wanted to hurt his friends he'd incorporate a vital tool into his standard armor. But the thought of such a vault and what it could represent could be a fun visual.

>Give me Armored Core swapping of formats/styles
>Mid-level armor swaps to deal with new enemies/minibosses
>Occasional Buster level where you can enter and leave the 'Buster and set it on automated modes
Thor
Put it on Steam.
I have both of them on steam and they're terrible. Awful ports with controls that don't work.Thankfully I still have them on my playstation when they were on sale.
Put them on Steam but do a better job.
you can pirate the first one easily and mod it. There is still an active modding base for MUA1 and its easier to mod than the steam one from what I remember

Neat. Also how horrifying.
well they got Bats right
ahaha
How could a Daredevil game even be distinguished from being just a gimped Spider-Man clone? He's much weaker, slower, has less access to tools and gadgets, his swinging would be slower and cover much less distance, and his villain lineup is lackluster. People have mentioned radar sense being the default, but that's putting off a lot of people so they'd have to settle on making it like every enhanced vision mode that nearly every game has nowadays.
I'm not saying it's impossible or that it shouldn't be attempted, just that you know that the comparisons will be made.
It was alright
