Entry level you almost always have a constant daily workload that will take you to close to the end of the day, if you slack off in the last few mins you have to be careful about so your Karen coworker doesn't see you and complain to your supervisor about you being lazy. As a senior person, there's essentially nobody with authority vertically over you to even be in contact with the supervisor you do have. So basically if you get what you need done and want to frick off and go for a walk for an hour, no problem.

I live in a highly religious country and got memed by my religious family and my wife's religious family into marrying and pumping out kids at a young age.
