my city has a kitchen run by downies and autismos (with normie supervision, of course). It's nice and quiet, food's cheap and generous. I honestly think it's quite nice that the city gives them something to do rather than be a burden

Oh they can, which is why bc is a major thing at every housing place for em. A lot of them are very sexual and straight forward about it too, which is fine when everyone is on board but it also leaves, especially the “prettier” women open for abuse and assault.
