anon i assure you this is the least of his problems right now
also surely he has matured past believing fake movie posters, he can at least into the google now
I have no fricking idea what they'll do next though. Like, Nine becomes a villain because essentially Sonic told him "it's okay if you disappear because one of my friends looks like you :)" so it'd be moronic if they fixed everything by making him disappear after all. But they cannot simply restore the prime universe and keep all the Robotniks traveling between universes either. Right now it feels that the ending will only fix one of the two problems presented by the show and the other one will be quietly ignored.
This show has never, and will never, actually acknowledge that Sonic wants to kill Nines and destroy the entire universe he lives in to restore Sonic Prime's world back to the way he remembers it.
So the writers literally could not come up with anything that didn't make nine not justifiable in wanting to stay alive and not be merged into the other tails so they literally made him a power hungry villain lmao
Typical writing for villains that have a point or might be morally better than the protagonist. Just make them insane and murderers/rapists, then you don't have to think about their ideals anyway.
Oh I didn't know that "Sonic Prime" was used in some other Sonic media about Sonic multiverse travel before Archie did it. Feel free to tell me where that exact term and the meaning for its usage originally come from.

Stop feinting ignorance and moving the goalpost. The term "Prime" has been used before Archie Sonic in multiverse stories in media. Using it and calling a Sonic "Prime" does not mean it's ripping off of Archie.

The name and it being a Sonic multiverse story sounds like a ripoff. But if that word rubs you the wrong way then we'll just call it an inspiration. If it means anything Archie did some ripping off as well.

It wasn't good in Archie and it's not good in this show either.

Nine has a right to exist. Finding out he was just going to be assimilated into some other reality is absolutely grounds for him to ice Sonic and anyone who supported that. This is a classic Tuvix situation.
I don't particularly like how the issue is "Everyone's lives would be shit if Sonic wasn't around", but Sonic either just makes the problems worse or isn't what fixes them.
Like Sonic was repeatedly shown as being unable to "help" Rusty Rose, but the moment she meets Black Rose she's suddenly convinced, that feels like it works against the earlier point of Sonic being the lynchpin. If Amy could just help herself then what's the point?
The primary difference is Shard was made to be a likeable dork struggling with the fact he's not a living creature, while Chaos Sonic was intentionally made to be an obnoxious twat more than anything else.
>struggling with the fact he's not a living creature
No he wasn’t though. Nicole struggled with that. Shard was just a 2nd copypasted Sonic given a robot paint
It makes more sense in the grand scheme of twitter, finding one specific joke post that didn't even mention you and correcting it does seem a little weird.
You sound more butthurt over someone not liking an unfunny joke
People on twitter say “these are the same” all the time as just a throwaway tweet, this is the only loser sensitive enough to write something like this to a rando. You think the showrunner for My Adventures with Superman went and responded to anyone calling Lois Lane just Luz? Be professional
>rando makes a harmless post pointing two characters are the same >writer for one of those characters immediately bulges in to say NO, THEY ARE NOT
If you can't see how that's weird behavior maybe you are as weird as him.
It's fricking Xitter. This could have just shown up on his timeline and he responded to it disagreeing because he fricking wrote for one of the characters in mention. You're projecting things in there that are harmless. Did you make the post on xitter or something because you seem more offended than he does
This is going to mess with CWC, that boy doesn't need to be thinking about even more sonic multiverse stuff
anon i assure you this is the least of his problems right now
also surely he has matured past believing fake movie posters, he can at least into the google now
CWC doesn't have the energy for a good old fashioned tard rage anymore. He just sits on X/Twitter and pesters 20-year-old women with schizo gibberish.
I heard his latest stream was a disaster
QRD
They're letting him back on the internet again?

>Spoiling entire plot
Looks actually pretty cool ngl.

Because he doesn't. He was just too naive and didn't think restoring his world would kill Nines.
Just how frustratingly dumb this version of Sonic is for the sake of plot doesn't endear me to him, and I know I'm not the only one.
I can see most other versions of Sonic doing the same mistake. He's never been one to think for too long.
The show is not going to acknowledge it will kill Nines. It is going to present it as Sonic 'reverting' the world back to how it was.
If this show gets an ending its going to be a Star Vs/Samurai Jack one.
Jesus Christ this show looks like garbage. How the frick does it have three seasons?
It's cheap to make, duh
>How the frick does it have three seasons?
It's one season that's been split into three.
Better than IDW slop

>Verse
I am SO FRICKING SICK OF THIS SHIT! WHY IS THIS EVERYWHERE!? It needs to stop!
Even Disney did it with Wish recently
Sonic Prime ripped off Archie. Even better, Slott wrote the story that coined the term. You're probably aware of another verse he wrote.
Except it's nothing like Archie.
No shit. Archie actually uses locations other than Green Hill. But naming your Sonic multiverse show Sonic Prime?
Lol, Archie Sonic did not coin the term "Prime" when involving the multiverse.
Oh I didn't know that "Sonic Prime" was used in some other Sonic media about Sonic multiverse travel before Archie did it. Feel free to tell me where that exact term and the meaning for its usage originally come from.

>Nine goes full villain
Kewl.
I doubt it will last for long
They will find an excuse to let both exist
Someone in the writing team definitely ships Sonic and Shadow at this point
someone also ships sonic and tails
plus amy and herself too
>someone also ships sonic and tails
Naoto Ohshima?
>they don't know
Nine is Sonic angst done well. Learn from it IDW, frick your SU level Ocs.
>Nine is Sonic angst done well
No the show is just shit. Watch better tv
Nine has a right to exist. Finding out he was just going to be assimilated into some other reality is absolutely grounds for him to ice Sonic and anyone who supported that. This is a classic Tuvix situation.
Now I’m hoping they don’t do the classic Tuvix ending
>thinking this ends ANY way other than status quo
lol
lmao
You can have status quo return and not murder the AU versions
More like Rouge the Flat.

>Everyone’s lives would be shit if Sonic wasn’t around
The pull the same bullshit with Superman in DC. It’s a weird paragon thing.
It's not that everyone's lives would be shit without Sonic, its more about Sonic himself facing the consequences of his own recklessness.
>Hang on, Sonic!
They know what they're doing
Shippers are the only ones winning here
>he doesn't know
>he really doesn't know
Whatever annoys Ian Flynn this much can't be all that bad, can it?
I've said it before, Flynn and Penders are two sides of the same autistic coin
Ian is at his best when he can build off of and condense other people's autism
Wow what a butthurt butthole. Dude was just joking and he took it personally.
You sound more butthurt over someone not liking an unfunny joke
I don't get it. Where does he get mad
He's offended that Shard is equated to Chaos Sonic even though they're both robot doppelgangers of Sonic with his personality
How is he offended? I don't see it at all.

Yeah
It looks like shit
No wonder nobody talks about it
The multiverse is fricking inescapable. My only remaining option at this point is to touch grass.
Have you noticed how every blade of grass is its own universe?
One of these days I'll watch this series.
You really don't have to, nothing's gained from watching it you couldn't get from just reading a summary.
