That’s something Viv overlooked probably, and now she’s trying to make hell a place ruled by will of people, while heaven is ruled by angels cluelessly trying to follow will of “god”. I haven’t seens helluva boss so I can’t say for sure, it is kind of fricked up

Good question, from what I’ve read sinners can’t really die because when they’re killed “for good”, they just become a part of pavement or a wall of buildings, thus the eyes on them. With angels killed, no idea

In what I have seen of Helluva Boss, it's not that bad being born in Hell. The other rings outside of Pride don't have an endless stream of murder rapists so the living conditions are somewhat better
Their deal was that Adam will allow Lilith to stay in heaven and forgive her if Charlie sucks his wiener once a year.
Not sure what the specific deal is.
