I feel this was a general rumor that was spread around TOH's fanbase at the time of it's death, was that the "not fitting the brand" cope Dana gave was about the show simply being too serious and mature, and that Disney would be moving back to goofy and immature shows.
Of course, that is not entirely true, I would argue that MGDD is a mature show, with a lot of violence and a lot of political commentary. Why this particular rantsona isn't just reviewing that show, but MGDD's "blacktivistness" probably turned away a lot of people even if they're afraid to say it outright.
There also seems to be the implication that he is right to mock that person's video, because HOI's twitter fanbase didn't reach TOH/Amphibia's level. But I do wonder... how big were those fanbases again before pre-Grom/pre-Reunion? This is all just a rush to judgment.
