So many people now join mailing lists and groups that tell them which to do and how to stay off the radar, they literally just obey their instructions as they would if their accountant told them they needed to fill out a form for regulatory purposes. They're not here to discuss politics, it has to be done. No debate, no thought, they are so far beyond it it never occurs to them.
