Let me guess, their take is that Ozempic does work but if people like Cartman go back to their shitty eating habits right after then it doesn't really matter.
Also causes tumors in mice, but that didn't show up much in humans in the one-year preliminary studies, so I'm sure the people given lifetime prescriptions don't have anything to worry about.
Weight loss drug that ended up fricking up some people's digestive systems so hard they got permanent diarrhea.
It's worth noting that Ozempic was not designed as a weight loss drug, it was made as a type 2 diabetes medication. It's mainly meant to control blood sugar and A1C
Another funny little fact: it fricks up gut absorption so bad that it made a whole bunch of women unable to absorb their birth control and and led to a bunch of unwanted pregnancies
I mean, I guess you can say that all that "Change" talk being bullshit to orchestrate a heist is making fun of him. In hindsight the Star Wars reelection episode is interesting. Honestly pre-Garrison, they rarely focus on Presidents outside of election episodes. Off the top of my head I can't even remember Clinton and Bush besides the child abortion and the Hardly Boys.
Exactly. I get the feeling some people didn't watch the old show and assumed old presidents all got the trump treatment, or they did watch it and their memory is just shit. trump stood out as a particularly cartoonish person running for president so it was no shit that he'd be parodied on the show, with him being represented by a similarly crude and cartoonish man, Mr Garrison. They weren't expecting trump to win, so they assumed they'd be able to bring Garrison back after the election was over. But since he did win, they were stuck with one of their main adult characters as the president so ended up having to keep using him in president stories whether they liked it or not if they didn't want to retire Garrison for four or more years.
I think what's interesting is that they actually did go out of their way to make fun of Hillary during the election season, and then brought her back in a later episode after she lost to make a jab at her again. But none of that compares to how much they made fun of Al Gore. Even in the episode where they admitted they believed in climate change now, they still used it as an opportunity to make fun of Gore. You'd think with how people here talk about current South Park they'd have treated Gore like a hero who could do no wrong.
I had the idea of a late night talk comedy show where they have a sketch where biden is given a blood eagle. If SP can show trump getting raped then a show could show Biden getting a blood eagle
My uncle works on South park and he told me that Cartman doesn’t lose weight at all but becomes body dysmorphic and believes he does. The medication and procedure given to him is a placebo and another ploy by the aliens to stuff another object up Cartmans fat ass. Kyle sees beams and sci-fi laser beam shit from a window hes trying to peek in to and assumes they’re experimenting on Cartman (they are)
Randy finds out about the aliens via side plot but everyone ignores him because he’s a dickhead and it’s a meta commentary on how certain members of the community are sick of Randy being a main character in recent episodes.
again my uncle works on the show so i know what im talking about

That's what they want you to think >streaming wars
actually about literal streaming (as in water) >enter the panderverse
actually about new generations relying on their phones to do everything and not having the skills to solve them that older ones did
South Park only just now discovers weight loss drugs in 2024, for some reason. Randy wants in on the fad, so he promotes Tegridy weed as an all-natural means to losing weight, but when this fails he has to find some ridiculous way to sabotage the entire medical industry so that weed is the only remaining option. Randy's plan backfires because he's moronic, and despite it amount of screen time it gets, his subplot leads absolutely nowhere. Meanwhile, Kyle tries to convince Cartman to lose the weight with proper diet and exercise, and is miffed when the drug seems to work. Nonetheless, Cartman's weight loss leads him into some kind of jam that the rest of the boys have to get him out of, and by the end of the episode he's back up to full size again.
Matt and Trey's favorite episode is the Terrence and Phillip one where they trolled the audience so tegridy is here to stay as long as they get their laughs
Has there actually been a time where South Park got poor reception that it couldn't deflect? Not in terms of offensiveness but just general lack of quality?
>South Park only just now discovers weight loss drugs in 2024, for some reason.
because up until now they were scams like hair regrowth stuff
but this one works, just has horrible side effects
Predicting it now: they do the joke that even though Cartman loses weight he gets loads of loose skinflaps in their new overdetailed artstyle. Even though Family Guy already did this joke twice now
You guys won The episode's final scene is with Wendy telling Stan she's pregnant in front of the town after Kyle is done doing his stupid (i learned something today bit) then it ends
This is, unfortunately, not a joke or a gag I'm making. congrats comfy congrats is this really what you wanted the south park community wanted?
I suppose they could flip "my body my choice" on its head, and have Stan want to abort it because he's an immature boy with selfish plans for his future, and have Wendy want to keep it because it's what she believes is right. Funny enough, that would make the person who does want access to abortions the bad guy this time.
>bash something in pop culture but pretend to be centrist on the whole issue by say "I don't care so you shouldn't either"
I just gave you the whole episode
Is this about fatties realizing that certain diabetes drug actually makes them lose weight without any effort, which lead to a shortage of that same drug?
>STILL no Wendy movie
That card sucks, Captain Wendy is so much better.
>what will the fakeout for this one be?
cartman becomes skinny but somehow everyone else gets fat and it's his fault
>fat Wendy and Nichole
Boringgay
>not Kyle with a comically disproportionate huge Lizzo ass like in some tumblr art
They already did that before.
they already did "cartman gets skinny" too
They didnt since it wasnt the real cartman?
Let me guess, their take is that Ozempic does work but if people like Cartman go back to their shitty eating habits right after then it doesn't really matter.
IRL the drug has some potentially serious side effects, as well as diminishing returns over a 6 month treatment as your body gets used to the drug
Isn't that (IBS) resolved with probiotics, or feces transplant?
>putting someone elses poop in your butt
Don't you put someone else's poop in your stomach?
>feces transplant
someone elses poop in your butt
They already did an episode about that with Kyle's mom, Turd Burglars.
>Isn't that (IBS) resolved with probiotics, or feces transplant?
THE SPICE MELANGE
I don't know what Ozempic is
though you can probably figure it out through context clues
No.
ok moron

Oh Oh Oh Ozempic
…Auto farts!
I was going to say
>…auto sharts
Touché, you won this round anon. I went for immediacy over quality.
AUGH YEAH FOLKS
>Those people don't care about your Byetta, Chris! You're making a complete fool of yourself, Chris!
>Shut up, Dad!
Will it ever come back?
It came back in FbW
That was 7 years ago.
No, it wasn't. FbH just came out, like...
>Checks release date
Mein gott...
>Potentially thin Cartman
Didn't we already do this years ago?
>Stick of Truth turned 10 two months ago
Frick, dude.
They did, by sending him to fat camp
Cartman never got skinny in that ep, watch it again
>Randy
Aaaaand dropped
hope cartman will actually lose the weight unlike last time
Would be funny if cartman becomes super hot once he loses weight, causing kyle to absolutely seethe and wanting him to regain it.
too predictable
Just because its predictable doesn't mean its not good or funny. Trying to always subvert expectations can lead to utmost dog shit.
I'd imagine those types to have nervous breakdowns when told that someone has no expectations at all
>Architect Kyle
Now I'm listening...
Do you think he would've gone for fat Heidi if she wasn't a b***h? Would he be the only man who could've taken her deadly farts?
So they’re skipping the season premiere this year on Comedy Central?
>Still refuse to parody Biden
These guys are toothless and irrelevant
Why should they?
They didn't even parody Obama what makes you think they're gonna touch Biden. And no, making him a super suave cool israeliteel thief is not a parody.
They also made him black
I mean, I guess you can say that all that "Change" talk being bullshit to orchestrate a heist is making fun of him. In hindsight the Star Wars reelection episode is interesting. fake and gay
They're airing a special first? Are they going to air the 6 new episodes soon or will it be all specials this year?
It's an election year. They want an episode for that. It'll probably start in October.
>No End of Evangelion-type of trailer
>American healthcare satire
wew
That's what they want you to think
>streaming wars
actually about literal streaming (as in water)

Cartman changes the sociak norms so that the term "obese" is either applicable to literal land whales or removes it entirely
behold the new and improved status quo shiftEric Cartman
what's wrong with Butters voice??
he's kinda cute...

god, the Tegridy Weed thing just needs to fricking end already.
Matt and Trey's favorite episode is the Terrence and Phillip one where they trolled the audience so tegridy is here to stay as long as they get their laughs
>South Park only just now discovers weight loss drugs in 2024
I've only heard of Ozempic this year tbqh
Has there actually been a time where South Park got poor reception that it couldn't deflect? Not in terms of offensiveness but just general lack of quality?

Also "Ozempic butt"
Obesity is not a trendy issue right now so this is kinda weird
Have you not heard of Ozempic?
>it doesn't make any difference to Cartman because it turns out he really was big boned all along
She's only useful these days when Trey wants to vent his frustrations about failing marriages and how crazy women be.
preg....preg...
preg
pregnant wendy
We're more likely to get pregnant Cartman for laughs than that, at this point
You guys won The episode's final scene is with Wendy telling Stan she's pregnant in front of the town after Kyle is done doing his stupid (i learned something today bit) then it ends
This is, unfortunately, not a joke or a gag I'm making. congrats comfy congrats is this really what you wanted the south park community wanted?
I've learned to not believe anything from these threads
would it really be worse then the garrison trump shit?
I Can imagine it being like SpongeBob saying what Mr. krabs is whispering into the mic
Kyle finishes up his speech and Stan goes to say something and is just like
>"What did you say Wendy?"
>"Oh, Your pregnant, okay"
>Stan proceeds to vomit all over the stage and the credits roll
If they did it, Wendy would be the one vomiting on Stan, and you know it
It wouldn't be the worst thing they ever did
but where the hell do they go from that point
Stan's kid being the Antichrist? It would be a way of mocking how society views teenage pregnancy as the root of all evil
Ric122's dream of a perfect son Sam Marsh would be defiled, and it would be glorious.
Why wouldn't they abort it? Stan's family are culturally Christian with no faith and Wendy's family are libshits who'd find a abortion empowering.
Then everyone can have a blood orgy after it's sucked out her cooch.
because uh oh guys south park town has banned abortion or somethin
The Stan family has always been more liberal than other families, and this has been the case since the early series.
I suppose they could flip "my body my choice" on its head, and have Stan want to abort it because he's an immature boy with selfish plans for his future, and have Wendy want to keep it because it's what she believes is right. Funny enough, that would make the person who does want access to abortions the bad guy this time.
why are you so mad south park has literally had kids getting raped before
booo make him more fat
fatter
is the Tetsuo-like Trapper Keeper blob big enough?
CARTMAN, you're such a FAT ASS, that when you walk down the street, people go, "GOD... DAMMIT, THAT'S A BIG FAT ASS!"
BEEFCAKE! BEEEFCAKE!
I want to see kyle get shoved up in his ass, that would be hot wouldn't it?
t. Kyman girlies
Kyle gets cancelled for fatshaming Cartman for 20 years.
I'm so sick of stone and parker and all their stupid shit. such talentless hacks.
make the Family Guy movie already Seth
Calling it now, Cartman looses a couple pounds and they don't even draw him different
I don't get what the point of trying to be topical is if you're always going to be late to the punch in the internet age
If we were in 2000s, there would be a Gaza episode
why did they have to make him so erotic?
Imagine if he sat on Kyle's face and farted a big stinky loud fart!
NO! I WONT IMAGINE THAT!
>bash something in pop culture but pretend to be centrist on the whole issue by say "I don't care so you shouldn't either"
I just gave you the whole episode
I think Cartman anally voring Kyle while calling him a israelite would be super hot you guys
It's been done.
Thats not catrman. Thats starvin marvin. Someone edited him white with hair.
that's definitely cartman, it's from right at the ending of an episode though I can't remember which one
Spontaneous Combustion
where is Ninja Craig?
we have to keep the thread alive until ninja craig blesses us
Is this about fatties realizing that certain diabetes drug actually makes them lose weight without any effort, which lead to a shortage of that same drug?
Yes
I was going to guess that there would be some joke about "ozempic babies" but they're not big-brained enough for that
I found weird how a lot of women I know that are in their late 20's/early 30's suddenly lose weight.
Fricking fatties taking cheat codes
What if Randy is still walking around naked to support his onlyfans?
