They layout of all the movies by genre and alphabetical order was nice.
Overhearing other customers talking about what they wanted to watch.
Being able to try new video games without spending a day's pay.
It was good back then man, friday night renting and the subsequent viewing was a big weekly event to look forward to, you don't get that with streaming. Anyone on a movie discussion board should understand.

I loved browsing the store with my two friends deciding on what to watch for our sleepover, or what game to start and if it was good, rent it again the next weekend.
