He’s only mogged by Scrooge who mogs just about everyone
But then again Scrooge did cause his essential daughter to get stuck on the moon for a decade and have to cut off her leg and Donald never fricked up nearly as bad so…
>Sister is alive and his guilt is relieved when the family reunites >Gets in frequent contact with his best bros and plays concerts with them again >Gets the hot girlfriend who is legitimately a very nice and caring person unlike in other versions >Most importantly, with his sister back and and his three ungrateful loser triplets fully taken care of he is finally free and can tell his shitty family to frick off while he travels the world, banging his girlfriend and not have to worry about anything
He struggled but he won
>Donald Duck's whole character has been getting mogged by everyone for comedic effect for literal decades >"WTF WHY IS BASED DONALD GETTING MOGGED"
idiot
In this case though he's supposed to represent the modern Dad, the male of the household who is to be made humiliated in the eyes of the world, and he isn't the only one, there are a shitload of shows like this being shown to all ages of viewers today.
>donald duck is, at best, kind of a prick and at worst a huge butthole in pretty much every other duck media >it's funny when he gets mogged cause he pretty much asks for it every time >dt2017 softens the edge of every character so hard that donald is mostly just depressed >still gets fricked over all the time >"haha isnt it funny the depressed stressed anxious dude who is trying his best to raise three kids on his own keeps getting mogged???"

Bro, he's just a reluctant good guy. He'll usually choose to do the right thing, but he'll hardly ever enjoy doing it. That's why he's so appealing and funny.
The Legend of The Three Caballeros is more better. Yes, Donald was also mogged there, but at least he remained a good jerk and won in the end.
Donald Duck in DT17 isn't a jerk, so there's no excuse to keep punching him unnecessarily. Especially his family. Big difference. Besides, all his negative personalities that he had were given to his sister and his nephews so he had nothing left in him but to take care of the boys and then fall in love with Daisy. They practically made a depressed duck out of him.
>both veterans of the pacific war >ridiculous feats of strength >sailor uniforms >3 nephews >bitchy spouses >incomprehensible mumbling
is popeye donald's humansona?
Actually the Donald Duck comics are the best for Donald and Duckverse in general, although I would also add Three Caballeros, Quack Pack and Maui Mallard, since Donald was the central figure in that. And Darkwing Duck, only there's no Donald there.
Donald got the short end of the stick but he at least didn't fade into the background like Della or Lena did after having both their characters hyped for entire seasons.
A friend of mine got to meet Rosa at con weeks ago. I wasn't able to come, so I asked her to get my Life and Times volume signed. She told me he was the nicest guy she'd ever met and even gave her a free print to give me. He was just happy that someone from another country would care to get their book signed. Warmed my heart.
He didn't create it, but that's why the DT17 writers used his comics for their stories, but everything they did was wrong. They soiled Donald even worse than Don Rosa did.
What does "mogged" mean?
Being outclassed, being inferior
He’s only mogged by Scrooge who mogs just about everyone
But then again Scrooge did cause his essential daughter to get stuck on the moon for a decade and have to cut off her leg and Donald never fricked up nearly as bad so…
it means getting bested
>Sister is alive and his guilt is relieved when the family reunites

He can be a good guy and a prick at the same time. The old comics were good at balancing this.
The Legend of The Three Caballeros is more better. Yes, Donald was also mogged there, but at least he remained a good jerk and won in the end.

is popeye donald's humansona?
Fun fact, Popeye is 4 years older than Donald.
So that would mean donald duck is Popeyes fursona
>yeeeskebbebubuhalwayswantedtobeaduckdbebeeeeemaybewould'ahelpedmeinthewarhebbebedubuhhhwouldn'thavehadta'watch'emdrownebbebbeeehstillhearthescreams.
Okay, this had to be done.
Why does Popeye have skin fur?
reverse alopecia
>>3 nephews
Four actually.

>complains about Donald getting mogged
>Too young to know that's his entire character since inception
zoomie go to bed
And that’s why PK is best duck universe
He was by far the best thing on the show, specially when he actually loose his marbles In a fit or rage.
Just woke crap
he has an entire series for himself
even in OG ducktales he was always secondary and only elevated to main cast in the comics.
Donald got the short end of the stick but he at least didn't fade into the background like Della or Lena did after having both their characters hyped for entire seasons.
>Nu-Ducktales
>again

>old man complaining about younger people writing for characters he didn't create
He didn't create it, but that's why the DT17 writers used his comics for their stories, but everything they did was wrong. They soiled Donald even worse than Don Rosa did.
who cares
>new Ducktales TV series is virtually similar to
If you call this Barks style, then you should see a doctor. Also, cringe edit.
He cute
Never forget!
