Imagine wasting such a hot woman like Rosario Dawson for a stoic/totally-not-aping-men girlboss.
This what happens when you completely take away a woman's sexuality and try to focus on her as a character. It just doesn't work.

She doesn't have to be naked or be in a sex scene. Just have her character make use of her feminine wiles to get what she wants.
Sure the character of Ahsoka is older and wiser now, but that doesn't mean she can't use any of her feminine appeal to add depth to her character.

Rosario Dawson is a terrible actress. She's totally flat and lifeless and delivers every line like she's just reading off the script. It's especially bad as Ahsoka, because even after the character hardened up and became more stoic during the later stages of TCW into Rebels, she still had this impulsive, passionate streak to her. Dawson's Ashoka isn't distant, she's just flat and bland.
Dave Filoni has an action figure of her embedded in his ass 24/7.
