He’ll preach that the Jedi need to be strong and crush all opposition, that the wisdom we’re told Rey holds (that we naturally never see in action) is weakness, will talk about how bad the new republic was and is, and he’ll be displayed as a bumbling incompetent who makes everything worse when he intervenes.
Then, rather than defeating him ideologically, Rey will utterly demolish him with brute force without the writers indicating a single shred of self awareness.
to actually answer your question, probably the grysks or abeloth. i seriously doubt this movie is ever going to get made though. disney is eventually going to stop lucasfilm from burning through money with these failed SW projects and im guessing they'll be desperate enough to try and either reboot the OT or start a new story far away from the skywalkers. rey is just a narrative dead end
