>I don’t even know what the pose is referencing
It is rubbing of the fingers together indicating monies - the international sign of attracting das juden
After The Rise of Skywalker, people were all over the board posting everyday how good the sequel trilogy was. And I was one of those people. Many disagreed. But there were posts everyday supporting them. I said this then and I'll say it again. If the originals came out today and nobody had seen them, they would be completed slated. In fact, when you play all the movies for somebody that has never seen star wars before... The originals rank at the bottom. There's no nostalgia or anything like that. The sequels are well made and enjoyable Originals are honestly quite boring and corny in the bad way.
What the FRICK is that handsign they do? i see females do that shit on profile pictures everywhere and what the frick does it mean? it looks like they're holding a dollar bill or something and it looks degenrate as frick, but surely it can't just be that?
Women have no brand loyalty, they only did that because Rei Palpatine was the new Bella/Katpiss and her hunky fridge of a man was another abusive emo vampire to pour their fat chick horniness over; the second another Fifty Shades book comes out they'll move on from Star Wars.
>Star Wars Sequels nostalgia is already here.
There is no such thing.
Prequel nostalgia happened because there was a metric frickton of side content (like toys and games and cartoons and comics) aimed at kids releasing alongside the movies, and because the characters in the movies got to do some cool stuff even if the prequels were a bit shit. There's a feedback loop effect with that, nostalgia forms from it.
There's no such thing with the sequels. They have no games, kids don't buy Rey or Finn toys, all the side media is tied to the original trilogy or prequels. Where will the nostalgia come from? Only thing zoomers might get nostalgic for is Kylo Ren because they thought his attire and red lightsaber were cool, and the ginger twink from the games. Maybe nostalgic for Mando too. But none of those things add any nostalgia for the sequels.
They were just three meh disjointed films with a mostly uncharismatic cast that never got to do cool stuff. Only way I can see sequels becoming nostalgia tier if there's a fourth trilogy much much worse than anything before it.
There's also the factor that kids were a lot more interested in the MCU at the time. While kids were probably into TFA, TLJ scared them off because...well, it's boring as frick and doesn't really have anything cool in in, the action scenes are awfully directed and duels ineptly choreographed, the notion of doing something cool is scolded and mocked, Finn is turned into a complete joke (Which scares away the black audience), it ensured no kid was that interested in TROS, though those who saw it probably enjoyed it more because stuff actually happened.
The prequels sucked dick and everyone hated them. Kids liked them because kids are dumb, and also there cartoons and shit that made you actually like the boring characters on the big screen. I don't know if the same thing will happen for the sequels, but I hope so. It'll be funny.
I have never met a woman who cared about the ST. They all saw them with their family to have something to talk about at work the following Monday. I bet they can’t name a single character who isn’t Rey or Kylo. Or one line of dialogue.
>women
Also, I don’t even know what the pose is referencing. I’ve never met anyone who says they love these movies.
>Also, I don’t even know what the pose is referencing.
what was the fricking point of this?
luke's island had an butthole full of darkside
she went in and had visions or hallucinations or whatever
Nothing whatsoever.
Rian had no idea that the force cave scene in ESB was supposed to mean something and wasn't just there to look cool.
It's another Spaceballs reference in a movie full of them.
Are you fricking kidding me?

Imagine hating the OG trilogy.
I don’t have to
I claim the midget

Women only like that shit because it literally is Twilight.
this is the most blatantly obvious paid campaign I've seen, even more obvious than the empty bought out theaters for black panther.
All Star Wars movies sucked and I’m tired of pretending they didn’t. I never liked any of them. Pydavn

>sorry yt boi, but I'm going to jump in front of you in line so we can take a sassy picture
Thanks for reminding me how shit these movies are
Prequel supremacy
Can’t wait until it dies and is buried

lucky rey's costume is just some strips of rag so they didn't spend too much on this nonsense
Who wants to bet this picture was taken at a TROS premier and most of these women immediately burned their costumes after returning home.
MouseBlack folk and their cope continue to make me laugh in new and creative ways

all of these people have already forgotten about it
they couldn't understand why we were still discussing it a year later
I'm not too worried about it
>females snapping their fingers
Is this from the Sass Wars convention?
