This is a pasta, but most people don't really understand how restaurants work. If you get 50 people seated AT ONCE your kitchen is fricked into a standstill. This is why it's key to space out your reservations accordingly, have servers managing the inflow of orders, etc. Kitchen doesn't magically materialize your food and it all has to be prepared to arrive at the table at once.
