He went of script and pointed the gun at the camera, not that there should have been a live round in there, but he should have known better. It's still a fricking gun.
Criminal Negligence. She had a record before he hired her, and she had a record while on his crew. There was more than enough reason for him to assume that something bad could happen if she stayed in her role as armorer.
Baldwin is a homosexual and deserves everything he gets, but the 'muh gun experts' who say you should never point a gun at anything as if it applies to a movie set have never seen a fricking movie before.
It's like if they crashed that helicopter flying it under a bridge in Terminator 2 and then everyone blamed the pilot because guess what, in pilot school they tell you never to fly a fricking helicopter under a fricking bridge.
That's why they're called stunts and they have stuntmen and armourers. How many stuntgays got injured, maimed and killed filming the MCU? Do you give a shit? That's real human suffering for the sake of entertainment.
Still not convinced? Well come with me down to the range and I'm sure you'll be happy with me pointed the guy off on a slight angle instead of straight at you. The same rules apply on a movie set as the range, right homosexual? Baldwin should have been aiming off slightly to the side and it would have been okay with you right?
THIS
In the history of Hollywood, guns have been used as props hundreds of thousands of times, maybe millions at this point. Yet, there are proportionally very few accidents and even less fatal accidents. Its a big deal because it almost never happens. They take a lot of steps to make sure it doesn't. In this case, the person who was hired to ensure those steps were followed....did not follow those steps.

gays.
Two. Deadpool 2 and Wonder Man.
I told you nobody cares.
>inb4 Deadpool isn't MCU, but based on Heinrich's Pyramid, you can bet there were plenty of injuries that are less well-known or not even reported.
Think about it. How many actors have you heard about in major motion pictures suffering injuries that forced them to reschedule shooting? How do you think shit is going for the homosexuals doing the stunts?
Either way you're talking about non-zero risk shit, like Brandon Lee was a freak accident, but shit can happen. Blanks are inherently dangerous but are actually used, as are pyrotechnics, actual stunt vehicles, etc.
Not even a comprehensive list, just a couple of articles pulled off google if you search for appropriate terms.
Best laid plans of mice and men, shit can go wrong, and motherfrickers can still easily die.
My point is that pointing a gun on a slight angle wouldn't be considered safe on a range, but they do shit like that on a movie set. People were criticising Baldwin for aiming directly at her and not aiming slightly off and using camera tricks or some shit.
Not saying he has no responsibility, but there's a reason they have homosexuals on set whose fricking job it is to double-check safety, whereas you don't have that when you go hunting, so you don't point a fricking firearm ANYWHERE FRICKING NEAR another human being.
So you can't equate one with the other in that way.
>be baldwin, slick and ready for action. >"lol hey guys watch this" >"THIS TOWN AINTBIGG POOOF" >*witnesses are all shocked* looks at baldwin >"for the record guys.. it wasn't my finger lol"
idk burger laws but from the little I saw from the trial it would be reckless endangerment causing death (manslaughter) in my country, or something like that.
He was shooting guns off that he thought were blanks even after the cut had been called.

seeing he was in charge, producer etc of the movie, it is his responsibility to make sure people are doing their job correctly and are fit for the role so like the armourer getting charged for lack of competency so should he.
Like the prosecution in the trial had another armourer on the stand saying how she was not doing her job properly.
They should have a producer doing the exact same thing.
Thing is, we all know he is gonna get off completely. israelite shit in Hollywood will save him, if not he will be bribing.
USA legal system is not exactly known for its lack of corruption.
He deliberately pointed a gun at, shot and killed a woman.
I'm also 90% sure he put the real bullets in the gun. He wanted her dead and gone and planned the perfect crime knowing smoothbrains like OP would defend him.
>produced the film >cheaped out on the prop expert, as a producer >literally hired a literal who to save money >she fricked up >he didnt double check the gun as an actor as well
simple as, if he was just the movie star he wouldnt be facing these consequences, but he enabled what happened as a producer primarily
He screamed that the crime was her foul existence and the sentence was death, then repeatedly stabbed the twitching corpse.
Fairly cut and dry manslaughter
It was cleared up on the first day, actually.
This is just some sick time-wasting thing discord trannies engage in.

There was no need for him to point a gun at the cinematographer. They weren't filming. The crew were moving the camera, and he was demonstrating how he was going to draw the gun.
Even when filming a scene with guns, it's very rare for them to actually be pointed at someone. Shields are used to protect the crew, cameras are operated remotely, and actors don't point them at each other. Instead, angle trickery is used.
And even so, it doesn't matter that other people in the industry do it. If something's stupid and you hurt someone because of it, you can still be prosecuted for that. For example, if you run a red light and kill someone, your defence couldn't be that loads of people run them all the time and nothing happens to them.
The producer shit is objectively wrong. Not all producers have the same job. He had no responsibility for the hiring, or for the safety of crew on set. All he did was provide some money.
manslaughter
Nope that was the armourer actually try again
im correct and nothing you say will change that
You clearly aren’t correct given that he did nothing wrong
He went of script and pointed the gun at the camera, not that there should have been a live round in there, but he should have known better. It's still a fricking gun.
>play guns = real guns
Yep, thats why someone died. Because they used play guns.
There’s a reason you guys aren’t lawyers
real guns = real guns
Didn't your mother ever tell you not to point your toy guns at guests
armourer can't commit mans laughter only womans laughter

Conspiracy to commit murder
Criminally bad acting

Can't have it both ways.
>how many stuntmen were maimed or killed filming the MCU
Zero. Anytime someone dies on set it is big news around the industry.

Yeah and he was pointing them at the crew deliberately
Yeah and also to add to that

really you could almost call it murder of a sort
