He is a part of Super. He was mentioned several times and was the deus ex machina of the Moro arc. It's highly likely the next arc is going to redo or skip past the end of Z and be focused on Uub.
Uub isn't in the show at all, the anon was misleading. He's mentioned all of like once, MAYBE twice, in the show but it's forgettable unless you're autistic. Super is worth it if you have time to kill, the animation is just shit until it's past the Golden Frieza movie arc. It's not amazing by any means, or that great, but it beats most shit out there, imo.

There's a reason that each character is commonly associated with a "theme", the faulconer track is just that good. It was only kino up until the end of the Frieza Saga and then it should have ended. The SSJ transformation which is described as a once a millennia event suddenly becomes more common than having blue eyes, and every new villain is derivative of a previous villain. There are a few kino moments post Frieza Saga, mostly the World Martial Arts Tournament and Majin Vegita stuff, but other than that it's okay at best.

I really like how much of a psycho Goku is, he isn't malicious or does it on purpose but if you look at his attitude and actions in almost all of Z it shows that even while being raised by good people he's still a pure blooded Saiyan, I don't know if it's intentional but seeing how Gohan and trunks are relatively normal because of their human blood while Goku and Vegeta are genetically incapable of not wanting to beat people to death is cool. Really makes you think Frieza did everyone a favor by destroying planet vegeta
My main problem with the Buu saga is that it is the start of the Super-style arcs, before that everything was in line with either Goku and Piccolo's origins or the Red Ribbon Army, things that have been relevant since the start of the original show, from Buu on Toriyama just makes up random shit that has no logical progression.
Tough I will admit Buu himself is a great character and I like his relationship with Hercule and the dog.
