>Storm and Bishop get haircuts for some reason
haircuts they had in the comics
>Morph is gay (now?)
its not really brought up and doesnt affect the show
and a shapeshifter who takes on both male and female forms sounds like someone for whom gender is just a suggestion
>Jean was a clone the whole time
literally ripped from the comics
and its handled a bit more tactfully here, if anything, since they show that scott is much more remorseful over leaving his son in the future
I never read the comics. Any comic facts I know about anything are via TV, movie, merch or game. Like how Jean would always be destined to be Phoenix or Gwen dying. Anyway the changes are still jarring, even while everyone else is still the same in design and character
My problem with the Storm haircut is that, she took it on after losing her powers and trying to be cooler for her team to compensate. It also represented her more serious and reserved development. She should've taken it on after losing her powers in the show.
>and a shapeshifter who takes on both male and female forms sounds like someone for whom gender is just a suggestion
Frick off. There have been countless shape shifters and this has hardly ever been an issue. In fact exiles morph quite explicitly states he's still a dude after the chick he was hitting on turns out to be gay instead of just becoming a girl morph. You're an idiot.
No, it didn't. They wrapped the show's main plotpoints neatly while teasing more stories to come, but none of those were necessary to tell as they are just new stories the writers wanted to tell. Wolverine and the X-men is the show that is in desperate need of a revival as it ended on a massive cliffhanger and Xavier still trapped in the future.

Wolverine and the X-Men wasn't really anything of note and some of the scrapped stuff for Evolution went into that show instead. Evo was supposed to end via Days of Future Past.

Not a relevant point. I can say the same for Evolution and we'd go in circles. > Evo was supposed to end via Days of Future Past.
Again, just stories that they thought about adapting because the guys are X-men fans. It wasn't something that was part of the show itself.
Evolution was fine, but it had an ending. The X-Men cartoon that actually needed a second season would be Wolverine and the X-Men. That first season ended on a cliffhanger.
>No Magneto
better than the revival cartoon

she has the haircut and white suit before losing her powers
but she transitions to the punk outfit after losing her powers
I was comparing comic Storm with the show Storm, anon.

What is the point of this comic?
To show you how a real revival could've look like
The show never really needed a revival. X-Men Evolution was the show that was in need of a continuation.
I'm with you on that. But the comic captures the feeling of the original show better than the D+ episodes
>X-Men Evolution was the show that was in need of a continuation.
Not really.
Yes really, the showrunners were all leading up to Dark Phoenix and Scott and Rogue getting together until they had to wrap it up.

I prefer Evolution to most versions of X-men specifically because didn't have to deal with all that Dark Phoenix bullshit yet again.
The problem is nobody likes X-Men Evolution aka X-Babbys, so a revival wouldn't make any sense.
hey, I liked Evolution...it works as some sort of "Prequel" to 90s X-men
Also had a crush on Kitty and Tabitha

To act as a bridge between the original and the revival
it's got jokes
cuckverine
simp or incel, not cuck, brainlet memelord
people with no knowledge of the comics need to shut the frick up
Storm had that same haircut in the original show as well in an alternate timeline you moronic homosexual
Do they 'splain why Jean got rid of her thong?
