Falco's loutish voice and demeanor and Slippy's stutter are both emblematic of the abstract speech-noises the first game had. IMO, at least in Slippy's case A Fox In Space's take is far, far superior to the range of screechy, childlike, and straight up woman VA qualities he got in the future games, though I might prefer the more even tone Falco has in those later installments

I think that that kind of demeanor between young people is still present everywhere but the US, in my country it certainly is.
