I think HotD is better because you don't have to keep track of like 7 different Houses. It's about at most 2, and a House divided. Better drama imo. The dragons look really good in it.

Conjecture and dishonest reply. Movies can't be high art, this has been concluded by most people in fields that would be characterized as such. It's a purely business venture, given how many components are needed for it to be produced. It's not art because it's not truly individual expression. It's supposed to be a roller coaster ride type of entertainment for 2 hours of escapism and that's it. Of course, you're right in that capeshit has made it utterly indefensible but I'm mostly referring to 80's era movies, Bond movies, things like that. They had some artistic integrity but their main purpose was entertainment and fictional sensationalism. That's what I'm talking about, anon. The auter era of cinema ended in the 70's.
