Fingers crossed but you never know. I somewhat suspect that her supergirl was setup to be expendable from the beginning considering what happens to her but I REALLY want to see her come back. Plus its comics so Im sure that they could pull something out of their asses. I want a happy ending for her and her character.

She wasn’t bad but she really got fricked by the script and probably direction. Compared to Barry and Bruce her character seemed like a cardboard cutout that existed as a plot device and not actually a character with motivations and feelings.

Absolutely terrible. She doesn't even look like Kara Zor-El from comics, television, or movies. I could buy it when the rumors said she was Lois and Clark's daughter from an alternate future, but to have her actually be Kara Zor-El from Krypton? No. Absolutely not. This was a terrible decision for the story, which originally was Kal-El in the same situation. It wasn't believable and I don't care for it. But uneducated American audiences will suck the shit right off of the Andy Sixx Log if given the opportunity, so I didn't expect much to begin with.

NGL she was kind of a highlight of the movie for me. Very squandered potential because she was barely in it. I think they must have realized that too. She's really good looking and honestly not a terrible interpretation of the character, I'm kind of sick of Supergirl always just being blonde innocent girl scout cousin to Superman. The idea of her actually being his replacement in an alternate timeline is kind of cool and there is interesting potential since her origin story in Flash is just Flashpoint Superman's crossed with Man of Steel. So we get a hot zoomer distaff Superman who was tortured by humanity and naturally distrusting, doesn't know human culture, isn't strong enough to take on Zod, and somehow the last daughter of Krypton. There's some potential there for sure.
