Watch as this board changes their tune to capeshit being bad once Reddit inevitably turns on it
>Watch as this board changes their tune to capeshit being bad
Implying this board currently thinks capeshit is good?
there is a ton of sub-80 IQ brown people here who love that shit
And? There is an even larger userbase here that has been shitting on everything capeshit related for over a decade.
They will never turn on it due to the sunk cost fallacy. They are too emotionally invested in the thousands of dollars they have wasted buying Marvel branded plastic junk. They will never admit they were wrong.
I mean we are already seeing better movies are not really happening with the rising trends taking place
>videogame adaptations suck
>product origin stories suck
>live action anime sucks
Its a symptom of how shit Hollywood itself is rather than superheroes themselves.
>I mean
frick off
Yet you participate in superhero movies! Curious! I am very intelligent.
yes.
Hypocrite.
they have been boring for a long time
and for some reason they keep looping on the same shitty characters like batman and superman
zero imagination
>but my capeshit is *checks notes again* le realistic
What was the exact moment the capeshit fad died?
2021 after the eternals flopped and the tom holland left.
When did spiderbuck ever leave MCU?
After Endgame or Infinitity war whichever is the later one
When Iron Man died

He was clearly just fricking about while getting a big fat check in Le Batboi.
>watching Blade (1998) last night
>enjoy the outdated CGI because it is a relic of its time
>the writing reads like a Saturday morning superhero animation
>story is written into the real world instead of just using the real world as a convenient backdrop
>no pop cultural references whatsoever in an attempt to be "relatable"
>realize that the reason I am still able to enjoy this film is because it doesn't take itself seriously
>it's just an aesthetically pleasing movie about a cool vampire hunter
Capeshit was never meant to be strung along for decades with the same stale ass actors. The plot never meant to hold continuity on film for generations. It doesn't even work like that in comics when it was originally printed. It should've remained independently produced by smaller studios with different creative directions in writing. With different actors. It's just so soulless now when they have to start wrangle some aging actors who have moved on from a project because manchildren demand there be connection between a film they saw as children and a money laundering slop film released today.
If one can get fatigued from overexposure to superheroes and acts of superheroism, is it possible to get fatigued from other things?

He’s a terrible actor, but even a moron gets a block in the right shaped hole eventually.
