You are not frick, you are either going to be underwhelmed or slightly pleased. I have been underwhelmed at Get Out and Twilight Zone so I'll probably be underwhelmed at Nope but I'll still go see it to laugh at the goofy commentary that doesn't even know what message it is trying to convey.
its not
its been referenced like twice but thats it
"it feels like yesterday we didnt even have two sons"
"ive seen weird shit in the DOD other worlds with other heroes"
Thor Ragnarok had more substance than the majority of capeshit. People dismissing it entirely just because it had the gall to have some humor is ridiculous.
>If we don't do this now, there will be billions of deaths. Billions of daughters.
Even when Nat's trying to sound noble she still comes off as a self-centered b***h.
>Since Superman & Lois launched on The CW last season, fans have frequently questioned why characters from the other Arrowverse shows -- especially Supergirl, which centers on Superman's cousin -- have not made appearances on the series. Tonight, fans got the answer: Superman & Lois takes place on a world that is not the Arrowverse's Earth-Prime.
>Furthermore, in the world of Superman & Lois, Superman is the only superhero, meaning that most of the characters of the Arrowverse are not part of the series' world, and the Man of Steel at the center of the show does not share memories with the Superman who first appeared in Supergirl.
>"So the Arrowverse is on Earth-Prime, we're on a different Earth. I'm not sure what number that is yet . So Diggle's history...he's John Diggle but his history is not exactly the John Diggle's history that was in Arrow, and that holds true for every character."
press s to spit on the arrowverse
>Speaking with TVLine, showrunner Todd Helbing acknowledges, “From Day 1, there were questions of how we were connected to the Arrowverse. If you go back to the first script that got sent to Warner Brothers and DC, it had a lot of references to other heroes like The Flash. There were moments when we were shooting, and I think I’ve said this before, but there was a photo of Kara on Lois’ desk at the Daily Planet. All of that stuff got slowly pulled out, and the more we did that, the more it became a can of worms to even mention it.”
>“DC and I had a conversation during Season 1, and the decision [to keep Superman & Lois separate] was made then, but I couldn’t make it public until the end of this season,” Helbing explains. “So when I got all these questions [in previous interviews], I knew what we were doing, but I could never talk about it. It got a little frustrating on my end, but I totally understand DC’s position. So this put that to rest. I’ve said from the beginning that we want to put our own stamp on the Superman property. This wasn’t meant to alienate us from the Arrowverse, but because a lot of the other shows are sadly no longer going to be on the air, it felt like the right thing to do.”
>While this Superman is aware of the multiverse, as established in Episode 7 of Season 1, “we have to think about this as a separate Superman, a doppelganger of the one who was in the Arrowverse,” Helbing says. “I understand why everyone has been wanting the references, but it would have felt wrong.”
>As for the John Diggle we saw at the end of the Season 2 finale, he’s also — you guessed it — not the same Diggle that spent eight seasons kicking butt on Arrow.
>“This is also a new Diggle,” Helbing confirms.
Where were you when Flash became the last Arrowverse show standing?
Is this Diggle going to be the one in Justice U? Will they use the Arroverse one instead? Or will it be its own standalone show as well?
did it? Not to be THAT guy butI dropped it after episode 2 because i heard it was gonna be POZZED this season. Like Lois was gonna cuck Clark with John Henry Irons, Gun control talk, the young daughter is half a dyke now. I was actually shocked the didn't make Jon gay. All if that might have been heresay but I just don't want to watch that draining shit
How would a whole world of parasites work?
Let me tell you about Larafleze the Orange Lantern
Havent seen the finale yet but, >All of the Sarah stuff was shit. But thats not surprise since CW cant write love interests >Kyle got shafted. I like the dude, but making him a cheater feels weird. Alcoholic sure, but cheating? This is the guy who gets to frick an ava addams lookalike. >X-K as drug sideplot felt like a shitty PSA and seems shoved in to give Jon something to do. Give him one power or something. Poor kid. Jon's actor is better than Jordan's imo
Thats the only bad stuff. Personally I like all the bizarro world stuff. I like more Chrissy, although its kind of jarring how she went from newbie to more important than Lois in reporting.
I liked it as much, but honestly I'd have to watch back to back to decide. Highlights for me were the Bizarro scenes with Ween music and I actually did like the XK storyline. I certainly didn't feel like there was an obvious step down between seasons. Even for Flash I only felt the drop when the Zoom reveal happened.

>Where were you when Flash became the last Arrowverse show standing?
Shitposting in this thread I guess?
With Iris quitting Flash too, I guess Arrowverse is finally ending?
Never watched an episode of this show and S1 had some good word of mouth but the decision to stealth separate it from everything else when they’re using the Lois and Clark from Arrowverse is pretty shit. I really don’t get why people at DC/WB have had such an allergy to having properties to cross over consistently or having multiple versions of a character. Stupid shit like this goes all the way back to the batembargo during the DCAU. It really seemed like things were changing in the years after the suicide squad got pulled out of the Arrowverse. But obviously things are still a mess over there.
I guess WB knew the Arrowverse was on its way out and wanted to start making shows that were separate from it. Black Lightning also wasn't connected (until it was barely linked post-Crisis) and Stargirl's only connection was the same actor for Jay Garrick and nothing else. Ditto for Naomi.
But I could also see how this could be freeing for the S&L showrunners. They don't have to worry about adhering to Supergirl or another Arrowverse show. They could introduce their own versions of Supergirl, Lex Luthor, and others.
This was a really weird episode. Why was bizarro Lois even in it? She had no lines, didn't interact with anyone in any way and in fact didn't do a single thing. What was the point? The only thing I can think of is that there were scenes that were cut for time. But if that were the case just her entirely.
I guess they were trying to make a point about their Bizarro counterparts being shunted into the main earth, but you're right about it being rather pointless.
LIFT! HER! UP! >AND FLY HER IN THE AIR
HOLD! HER! TIGHT! >AND TAKE HER ANYWHERE
TAKE! HER! NOW!
BEFORE ITS TOO LATE TONIGHT.... SHE'S WAITING FIR SUPERMAAAAAAAN
I am willing to bet Brainiac will the final big bad and the biggest mastermind behind it all - the alternate reality/timeline/Earth, the Intergang, etc. I do not expect Darkseid or even Lex.
they really blew it this season
Thanks for making the thread.
CW gotta CW
Nah it's still good. But mostly the Lana parts fricking suck horseballs
Why are people into legacy?
Smallvile was much more interesting
On vacation so I am here with you homie this week.
I miss when shows had full themes like SOMEBODY SAVE ME
We've been on the run
Driving in the sun
Looking out for number one
California here we come
Right back where we started from
How would a whole world of parasites work?
Probably not good. They will end up eating one another until there's one left to starve
Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.
Oh hey Tal
I'm interested in the new Black People Horror Film even though I didn't watch Us
Black guy here, you don't need to watch Us or Get Out to watch the next Jordan Peele silly commentary horror film. You just end up comparing them.
Sam didn't sign up for this shit
I did watch Get Out so am I fricked? I liked the second season of the new Twilight Zone too
You are not frick, you are either going to be underwhelmed or slightly pleased. I have been underwhelmed at Get Out and Twilight Zone so I'll probably be underwhelmed at Nope but I'll still go see it to laugh at the goofy commentary that doesn't even know what message it is trying to convey.
>Goth Lois
Aww yeah...
the eyes running away from each other ruined it
Only Superman can look her in both eyes and still manage to nut inside
>dimensional merge
Did CWC write this season?
So Flash and Black Lightning and Kara are just kind of letting this shit happen?
Apparently it's not even the same Earth
So Kara is just letting all this happen? I want to assume there is a Kara on this new Earth.
its not
its been referenced like twice but thats it
"it feels like yesterday we didnt even have two sons"
"ive seen weird shit in the DOD other worlds with other heroes"
I hope Kyle doesn't get killed because I actually liked his attempted redemption
Tel stop jobbing you b***h.
Get the Eradicator!
I don't like Lady Thor and my hatred is probably going to affect my enjoyment of the movie.
>Thor but wacky!
I get the whole style over substance gimmick, but isn't this overkill given capeshit is already style over substance?
Thor Ragnarok had more substance than the majority of capeshit. People dismissing it entirely just because it had the gall to have some humor is ridiculous.
>Clark's plan is to get thrown into the sun
Fricking nice.
>He's gonna All Star himself
pls no
Bruh call the fricking League
if clark doesn't have his powers how tf is he alive in space
Kryptonian force field extension from Tal-Ro.
Bruh call Kara and go fourway on the parasite b***h.
>Clark dies
>Wakes up in the Super Pets universe
Damn.
Fricking merge
Wait so Black Adam is Krypto, how the frick did that happen?
The Rock wants to work with his butt buddy Kevin Hart again
I blame Billy
FRICK YEAH STARGIRL
Stargirl got a jiggle.
>If we don't do this now, there will be billions of deaths. Billions of daughters.
Even when Nat's trying to sound noble she still comes off as a self-centered b***h.
Ah man I never realized how much being on a 3 minute stream delay sucks compared to watching live
Where have I seen this Earth merge thing before? I swear I've seen this plot, even this shot of two Earths before
>we only have your father on this planet
kek arrowverse btfo
Oliver Queen has failed this planet...
Not even a line saying Supergirl and Martian Manhunter are on an off-world mission.
>And even though we only have your father on this planet
Well, guess they confirmed this is a separate earth from the rest of the CWverse...
Well that's that.
Kinda neat idea in a way. We always get Batman only worlds.
>superman and diggle only world
He All-Star'd himself and it worked...
>It's dad.
>It's Clark
>It's Superman
Okay, that was cheesy but kind of cool.
I think it only works because this Clark, hell Superman in general is usually kind of a corny but good dude.
ONE PALM
Did he just b***hslap the planet to unmerge it?
>rapidly orbiting around the world AGAIN
Is there anything that can't fix?
that's an orgasum
So how does merging with oneself turn you into an energy leech? Like if you were human before, shouldn't you just be double human or something?
>just fly in circles dude
kek this is the dumbest trick in his book but damned if I don't get hyped out of it, like Barry running around a tornado
>run barry run
>fly clark fly
If this is a separate world, does this mean no Cryer Lex? He was honestly the only good thing that should've been saved from Supergirl
I don't know how his Lex would fit in this more grounded world, but I would like a classic Supes/Lex dynamic.
>Miracle Monday
OH SHIT.
So do they hold like a Superman fair every time be flies in a circle and saves the day super hard.
Flash gets a museum so why not.
What do Batman and Wonderwoman get?
Batman gets the fear of the criminals and a nice big light.
Wonder Woman gets a lot of deepfake porn
>Truth, justice, and...a better tomorrow
It's honestly a better tagline to market beyond America
It's not that bad outside of the time period it was introduced in.
Decades worth of the "American Way" have teached us the world could use less of America
Why is Lois telling this b***h?
Lois what the frick
>Sara actually apologizing for being a b***h
What the frick? What show is this?
Has anyone ever been to Metropolis Illinois? This is basically that.
I wouldn't be surprised if they actually filmed this there.
Oh come on, forgive the man. Kyle doesn't deserve this.
So what happened to the Bizarro World? They just gets fricked with no superman?
They get Bizarro Lex and Powergirl.
There you go, Tel gets Bizarro Earth.
kek he gets BizarroLana too
Wasn't she still on the main earth though?
Dude keeps winning!
My own clone....
I want Tel to be my uncle, holy shit.
How is Tal still rich? Did Edge Corp go under?
We're getting close to Darkseid
Diggle looking rough here
Two years worth of a wienertease plot that lead to nowhere does that to a man
About time they did more with Intergang. They were there early in the season and then vanished.
>Lucy gets a redemption
Everyone ends the season happy
>They're using the oceanic Fortress from Bendis' run
Ew.
all new FoS
He can't just keep putting Fortresses everywhere he wants, can he?
Aquaman is gonna be pissed

So I guess on Earth Prime, Clark's kids are still babies?
Actually it's been a few years since Crisis at this point so they're probably toddlers
season was like a 6/10, the constant breaks really did it in
I want to say the breaks are still from COVID wackiness, but I dunno. I just hope next season doesn't get fricked over like this again
it's not, they just wanted to use the show to better promote other shows like tom swift
did it? Not to be THAT guy butI dropped it after episode 2 because i heard it was gonna be POZZED this season. Let me tell you about Larafleze the Orange Lantern
is any of that true?
>is any of that true?
Nope.
So this season is just not as good as season 1
its better
i'll give it a watch then.

Her actress just signed on for season 9. It's probably still going to end next year though.
So how was this actually revealed? I wanna see the scene if there is one but I don't wanna watch the whole episode.
Sam had a line that said "we only have your father on this Earth" to the boys
General Sam telling the boys that superman is the only hero earth has
He says "I've seen worlds where there are leagues of heroes, we only have your dad here. But he's the best of all the world's."

If they were planning to, they probably would've set that up already.
I like it. Build out a new universe using S&L as a base. Arrowverse had too much baggage.

fricking b***h

I could see that happening. Bruno Manheim feels like too small of a threat for an entire season.
>good morning sirs
>ma'am I have saved you so please don't- DO NOT REDEEM!!!
>NOOOOOOOOO
>drops them
Logo in chest should be bigger and the kids shirtless
